  could be a better hotel

  (+) 1. spacious room with 2 king size bed 2. big waterpark for children to play. love it :) 3. wifi is good only in lobby and dining area at level 1. 4. near to beach and nature park 5. balcony with pool view 6. very friendly front office and reception staffs. easy to book and check in, especially with help of mr. erdiyana. thanks:) (-) 1. the room is not well maintain, such a pity because it's a new building. 2. the bathroom seems dark because of wall color and the lighting. but they provide hot water for shower. 3. very simple breakfast buffet and the taste is not too good. 4. room, bathroom n surronding area is not too clean. they need to put more effort in cleaning matter.

  The beach in front of hotel and near with National forest price not really too expensive.. Worthed for family stay with large bedroom Have waterpark for child.. No have parking service... Happy Holiday.. Bismillah

  Our VIP room was big which consists of one queen and one king bed. A/c working properly as our room was cold enough. Cleanliness below average as the property was not maintained properly. The equipment around the pool has rust all around it but the water was warm. Breakfast was barely edible with minimum choice. For the full price I would rather stay away from this property.

  With Pool open to public from.the street, teribbly DIRTY

  This is the aquarium hotel under a new management, and becoming a true downfall from there. The Grand Aquarium hotel is a 2 * hotels in Pangandaran. PROS: - location right by the beachfront of Pantai Barat (west coast line of pangandaran beach) - AC in the room is cold - it have a true KING bed CONS: - wet showers (no curtain seperate the shower area to the toilet) - Swimming pool open to public (in reality is just like there is No security that guarded yhe property, all people and kids and many villagers from the street just freely come and use the swimming pool/slides/facilities, too crowded and absolutely and disguistingly dirty) - Smooking area in all lobby area - NOT functioning gym, all machines are broken - Terrible quality of breakfast and just a low grade coffee tubruk for coffee... Overall, this hotel have so many potential but has failed to holp up to it due to the bad/terrible management. The absolute throw-off is that thr pool and other facilities are just so open to public from the street to access, no guard and no privacy for hotel guess... Trully Horrible NOT recommended for travellers with family NOT recommended for those travellers who appreciate a good clean environment NOT recommended for those to prefer exclusivity as a hotel guess Alternate hotels at the proximity location: - Laut Biru - Horison (aazing cleanliness and rooftop ice cream place)

  This is a NO GO hotel or at least room 305 (economy standard) pro: location, right at the west beach. CONS: the bedsheets were filthy, it smells moldy, the bathroom was dirty, no water pressure in the shower (it took ages to get wet), the towles were not better than the sheets. Noisy not only because the pool is public. The staff is indifferent. I travel a lot and accept a lot but this hotel is one of worst I ever stayed in. Spent your money somewhere else.
