  Excellent apartment with hotel facilities

  Block of apartments across the road from the Arkona Hotel. Beautifully appointed rooms. The only differences from a hotel room are (a) well-equipped kitchenette; (b) no lounge; (c) no restaurant; (d) towels and sheets are changed only once per week. But of course the main hotel's lounge and restaurant are just across the road. The rooms are serviced daily (beds made, vacuuming, bathroom cleaned; but they don't do the washing-up). We found the beds rather too firm. All rooms have terrace or balcony (no direct sea view, as the apartments are one street back from the beach). WiFi in rooms good, though occasionally lost connection. Kitchenette has 2-ring electric hob, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, electric kettle, good range of crockery, cutlery, and pans. Tip: bring your own tin opener - the one provided is awful! Extremely helpful staff in main hotel, many of whom speak English (and Italian, etc.). 5 minute walk to beach; 15 minute walk to centre of Binz.

  Great room size, private terraces or balconies, kitchenette and everything you need

  Really nice furbished rooms, WiFi at a low cost of Euro 5 per week, underground parking, cleaning once a week INCLUDED in the price and just across the road are Arkona and Regard Hotels with wellness, spa, beauty, bars and restaurants. Unfortunately no sea view but these are only the residences and not a hotel. So, everything fine!

  Clean and comfortable

  A clean and comfortable place to stay which is very well positioned for the beach and a nice stroll into the centre. Suited our needs well. Has got access to the pool, sauna and fitness suite at the hotel across the road but there is a charge for this (10 euros)

  Nice location, hot room

  Location good, cleanness good, breakfast good. The rooms that are not facing the sea are too hot in the summer time. Prices are huge, and obviously in the peak season there are too many guests. Close to the beach and city center, so good for lazy vacations, for active leisure one can find a better value.

  Great place Nice rooms and nice staff The gym was ok And the terrace outside the apartment was nice as well The cooking facilities was ok if you don't plan to make a 5 star dinner. We did not use the restaurant in the hotel. The price was ok but not great
