  The best hotel,and animation group

  If you want a vacation,you shoulg come to Aska,the food is perfect,rooms are clean,the beach and the pool are beaitifull and the service is very good.The best thing is the animation group-Hadzi MAKEDONIA

  Ahmed very good animator.5+ He is very funn and i judt come herr with my family and we loved to be here in tala bay resort in night time we have many activities anf morning also but we really loved it ,,

  very noisy hotel

  We stayed in the neighboring hotel, but the noise of music, animation and show from the ASKA hotel were heard and disturbed the whole area and the tourists staying in the neighborhood. I think it is common sense not to disturb the neighbors with their activities and that it is a problem of the hotel management.

  The name of this hotel has changed, so all the bad reviews it got in the past have been taken down!!!!!

  This place is worse than a HOSTEL this is not a hotel.... All of the excellent reviews look like they are fake, must of been done by the people that work there or form their friends and family. This is one of the dirtiest places I have stayed in, one of the worse experiences I have ever had, so if you are thinking of having a much deserved holiday you should go elsewhere or you will regret coming here and thinking why did I not listen to the bad reviews. 1. Check in; This was a painful start to this holiday from hell. Once we have arrived had to bring our luggage in as they could see my wife was holding our 1 year old. It took us an hour to check in as the guy on reception was all over the place, not good when you have a child and it is 3am. Whilst we are still waiting, other guest are in the check in area demanding to be served alcohol being loud and then set my child off who by now is scared with the loud noise, so the guy that is in the middle of checking us in decides to go over to the bar which is helps the drunk guest to drinks. 2. The Rooms. The real shock about this place were the DIRTY rooms that looked like they have not been cleaned in years. They had not given us the room we had requested for, we were put in a room with 2 single beds. We were a family of 3 which included a toddler, so had asked to move rooms and they had refused after asking to speak to a manager they eventually got changed, but I had to come down at 9am to speak to one of the receptionist to get the rooms changed. We had to spend the night in this room and could not my daughter sleep on the single bed as she would fall off, so we asked for a baby travel cot and was told we will not be able to get one, I then went down to reception again and spoke to the receptionist and was told he will sort one out for me, so I did have to wait a few hours for it by then it was 5am. 9am came as I was told to meet the new guy at this time to change rooms. This was another great experience, it took another to sort out and was given a new room and this room had a lot of loose screws on the floor. The rooms here were worse than a hostel, now that's is saying something. 3 Cleaning of the Rooms.. The Towels were never fresh so even if you told them you want them changed, they never changed them put the dirty towels back on the rack. Bath Tubs not being cleaned, after having a shower it felt like you needed to shower again. These tubs were so bad they looked like they have not been cleaned in years. Free Mini Fridge had opened bottles of drink opened by who have was in it last. The maids used the same toilet cleaning sponge around the bath tub, the sink and the surface around it, this was seen by a another couple we had made friends with and were going through their own issues with this not so grand place .... So think of your toothbrush going in your mouth, great hygiene. 4. The Food Breakfast..., The choice of breakfast was awful, it was like they had just put a whole load of random stuff out and not a lot to choose from, so every day was the same. Lunch... Again not a lot to choose from and was the same everyday and try and make a meal out of it. Dinner... They actually tried to be creative by have different dinner options, but again it was also a disaster and some days was not even cooked. Some days it was so busy at dinner times, there were not enough tables and chairs for people to sit down and eat. 4. Complaints All complaints that were made everyone we had to see Customer Relations Manager, but was like yes/no person as her English was not good, so the complaints made were pointless. There were lots of complaints by a lot of members by the looks of it they looked like they were never dealt with as they were made by different nationality guest. 5 The Lifts. These lifts were always breaking down only had 2 lifts in the hotel, 2 kids did get stuck in the left for a few hours and a few days later more people were stuck in the lifts. 6 Childrens play area/ Pool They had a small childrens play area which look decent on the picture they have posted up, but when we got to the play area it looked like it had been abandoned. Pool area never looked cleaned and was always dirty, some of the sunbeds looked like they had been through war. Moral of the story here is stay away.... This is one real bad hostel and should be avoid at all cost!!!!!

  Great trip!

  The hotel is good, very clean and comfortable, it has all the facilities for a great time: pools, bars, shops, whatever you need. The beach is near and also very clean. Everyday different food, the kitchen is great. The animation is awesome, all the guys are very nice and friendly, especially DJ Pinocchio, hes the best and the friendliest!
