  Luxury Collection Concierge Yahya Al Ghamdi

  Luxury Hotel, Luxury Location and Luxury Concierge..It was a great luxury experience from the arrival time until the departure time, stayed two nights for meeting and next day went for Umrah with the Luxury Concierge Yahya Al Ghamdi guide and outstanding. Yahya was not only a concierge he went above and behind all the expectations to make my dream happened and visit for the time Makkah city and do my first ever Umrah...Thank you Yahya Al Ghamdi and Thank you Assila, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jeddah..

  Great Hotel -maybe the best in JEDDAH

  We understand that the hotel still in a soft opening mood reflagging and we were expecting to have a hotel operating in a sort of lose control and not a fully pleasant experience until we hit the reception eating Mr. ** ( forgot the name ) and Moaied it was really an example of a person who makes you feel that this hotel is your second home while you are away from home, he was very very warm, positive was a highly host vibe that makes you want to stay even more, we came for a night and we kept extending and that we had to move from your hotel because of other obligations we had to do in Dubai. Also in room service Prasanth AS so good care taking care of us. Cannot thank you enough. I would like to extend my appreciation to the following staff members who made our stay a memorable one, be sure that we shall come again thank you and best regards.

  Nice staff but needs more work and training

  The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Location is a bit noisy with car horns and impatient traffic. The TV was defective and kept shutting off, internet was good and room service food was good. I will stay there again simply because they are the best option to other terrible choices in Jeddah. Keep working on customer service and consistency

  The best LUXURY hotel in town

  ASSILA one of my favorite places to stay in, during my visit to Jeddah. Super luxury hotel with a very convenient location. Mr. ANDREW CROOKSTON , the General Manager is a great leader, He makes sure the guests received a high quality of service. He fixed all my challenges and make sure that I'm satisfied and happy.

  My 60th birthday

  The hotel is located in the glamours shopping prince Mohammed bin abdulaziz street in Jeddah you can find brand shops and many restaurants and coffee shops the hotel consists of two 20 stories buildings one hotel and the other hotel apartments friendly staff. The rooms are spacious with nice decorations however the restaurants need improvement they serve nice breakfast as serving due to Covid-19. The staff are professional helpful and friendly the new about my birthday and sent be a birthday cake
