  Big Rooms!!

  I booked this hotel because I thought is walking distance to Austin Height Theme Park. But actually still require to drive out as the hotel was located on a hill. Luckily, we drove ourselves here so not much of the problem. The rooms & toilets are super spacious. I think is even much bigger than our house living room. There are inter-connecting rooms with my friends. We bought our kids for a swim. I think is swimming pool needs to have more maintenance due to fallen leaves. There is no swimming towels available. The varieties for breakfast in cafe was little and taste normal. But nothing taste weird. However, when I was taking the food, I saw a lizard was on the walls behind the food. There are facilities, like Kids Zoom, gym, mini soccer table, pool tables, table-tennis and jacuzzi. We bought our kids to play mini soccer table, pool table and table tennis. I think the Kids Zoom are for smaller children, just a room and some toys. The jacuzzi looks cool but we have no time to use. Most important, I feel the rooms are cosy, spacious and able to see a good view of scenery.

  Low Quality

  I stayed at this hotel 3 nights and this was worst experience I have ever had. Rooms are really big. Cleaning is Ok. They said they have Wifi but not in the rooms. Breakfast was weak. Never go there again. This hotel is very old. Electrical systems are very different and old and not working perfectly. And the most of the accessories are wooden, because of the rains whole hotel was smelling like decayed. I wont recommend this hotel.

  Very spacious rooms with nice view

  Stayed in the resort for one night, staff was very friendly and check in process was fast. We took the family room, and it was very spacious with parquet flooring. Room had attached bath, separate shower and separate toilet. View from our room was beautiful. Hotel is near Austin Heights Water and Adventure park, about 5 mins drive. The place was a bit run down though, the main lobby roof had a huge hole and many items in the room needed maintainence. Apart from the sauna and gym, everything else was not complimentary. We did not have time for any of the facilities anyway so it didnt really matter to us.

  Good service

  Hotel is a bit run down. Want a golfing experience would be good. Swimming pool close for reno. Got jacuzi for use though. Staff friendly and hepful. Happen during hotel stay, have golf tournament. Did not get to do golfing. Very disappointed. Should give priority for hotel golf.

  Visit after Austins revamped

  Played in Austin when it started more than 10years ago. The course made some changes, it had improved and more challenging. Sight of Fairway with dry mud had reduced. Typical Malaysia courses, club house and lockers conditions still a huge challenge to keep in tip top condition.
