  New Hotel!

  I felt like I was home, front desk was very helpful. Hussein helped us out where we should visit and see during our trip. Breakfast was served and it was like any other 3-star hotel. Suprisingly, they brought a small cake and there was a candle on top of it for my husband's birthday, It was nice of them, I had to share it. The manager Ibrahim was an amazing guy. He provided shuttle service for free even though he did not have to when he learned we were on honeymoon.

  Good hotel but far from center

  If you land at ataturk airport, this hotel is good but if you land at sabiha gokcen this hotel is too far.The rooms are clean, spacious and air conditioned but avoid rooms overlooking the road. Breakfast is ok. Well served by public transport.

  Avoid at any cost...Worst Hotel Ever!

  I have stayed in many place but this one is the worst ever... they say you get what you pay, but in this scam you pay and you get nothing!!! Positives: Room are still in good condition Food places and a mall near by Cons: *as the first reviewer mentioned... if you arrived at the breakfast area after 9:00 you will find leftovers only!! Buffet!! Are you kidding me?!! Food served is a very low quality... I have even encounter things that is clearly expired! * Rooms are cleaned in a very average way! * You are not in Istanbul... you are in a suburb so unless you are planning to spend your vacation in Istanbul transit system, this hotel is not for you *You are not very near to the airport too... it may be one of the CHEAP hotels near the airport, but you need to consider the taxi fare you are going to spend too! * WiFi is not good in all areas, you might need to move around or go to the lobby to get a good signal * Rude staff that are managed by a VERY RUDE manager... after paying for our extended stay at the hotel in cash in advance at the request of the manager, we started figuring out the poor quality of the place, the issues with breakfast, cleaning, WiFi, so after 2 days we decided to move out. This was not accepted by the manager. We offered to stay till the end of the week or leave a percent of the money but he refused. So we had to stay. This is what I call a scam and fraud. All in all... I will never stay again at this place... it is called hospitality industry... and this place and its staff lacks hospitality Avoid!

  Very basic hotel looks like they have started to do the rooms up but let down massively by the states of the bathrooms very dirty and in need of renovating - no need for dirty bathrooms. Staff pleasant and helpful

  Worst hotel ever This place is terrible. It is run down and terrible in every single department. The general look, hygiene customer service is abysmal. There was no fancy rooftop balcony and it is in the middle of nowhere amongst polluted traffic, no sleeping due to loud noise. Breakfast is awful they really do skimp on hygiene and portion sizes. Beds were never changed or maintained my brother did not even have a blanket just a sheet to sleep on. The bathroom is in tatters the sink falling in dirty toilet and smeel of cigarettes. I have never experienced a hotel as awful as this, we had to rebook to another one. Please do not book this hotel as they have no facilities and are not accommodating. Just terrible
