  We was here 2 weeks. This familycompany is really really really friendly. They take you here like you would be a part of they family and they help you always. At Phuket they is less smiling people, but here you will found it! This hotel is cheap, and the view is amazing. Around there is luxuryhotel, with high price and no smiling people. Little pool is calm, like all area. Menu is little, but food is good. And the Karon beach is really near, just 100m down with steps. Karon beach is full of people, but this part is calm. You can easily walk to town. And Patongbeach, big shoppingcenter etc is just 10 minutes from here by the taxi, wcich cost 300 bahts. Also you can take scooter, but the driving here is crazy. You can also see The Big Buddha on the Hilll from here. I really recommend for you, who want some nice, friendly and simple with great athomsphere and great view with good price! Lyhyesti myös suomeksi: erittäin ystävällinen perheyritys upeilla näkymillä. Ympärillä on kalliita hotelleja huonolla palvelulla. Täältä saat yksinkertaista ja erinomaista. Ranta on rappusten päässä, n 100 metriä alaspäin ja tässä päässä hiljaisempi kuin muuten. Patongbeachille pääsee helposti taksilla, n 10 minuutissa, se maksaa n. 300 bahts. Karonin keskustaan kävellen. Skootterilla voi myös liikkua, mutta liikenne on täällä hullua. Täältä näet myös Big Buddhan. Upea ihana yksinkertainen ja todella ystävällinen paikka. Suosittelen!

  Don't go there!!!! Everything is so far away you need to take a tuk tuk to go anywhere and because is isolated they ask you a fortune. Reception closed at 8pm nobody is there if anything happens! Staff is rude no smiling not helpful very nasty! Room are old quite depressing...the only thing is good is the sea view from the balcony.

  Ive never had to write a bad review but feel compelled to. Arrived and our room wasnt ready, so we decided to go into town. The town is down a steep hill but around a 5 minute walk to the beach area - that is the good part. During check in I had to give my passport to be photocopied, then spoke to someone who asked me what room Id booked and who was it through. After talking to other guests it became apparent that they over book this hotel. Once we arrived back to the hotel we were shown to our room - it was dirty (used soap and shower area not cleaned as well as mirrors, blood stains on the bedding) broken light, they didnt change the bins or make beds so there are ants. It is really noisy too as its next to the main road. The photos are not a true representation of the property- it needs updated.

  Great view, good soul, somethings to know before

  The hotel have superb view. It is a family business, lovely. There are a lot of big trees, good energy. It is near a road, quite loud. There are bungalows down the hill, maybe more quiet. If you include breakfast, it is limit but you may ask for more, depend on the owner.

  Do not book this hotel, its not worth it. Dirty rooms with urine smell and mold. Breakfast is awful. No shop for basis requierement and you have to take a taxi wherever you go. Was forced to pay in cash before check in and didnt get a baht back in refund after changing hotel after one night. Could really use a total makeover and everything is broken. Save yourself the experience and money - do not book this.
