  Out of town with family for family members wedding.

  Owner is terrible!! Rooms are dirty! Most important.....owner tries to overcharge, doublecharge, or just plainly rip off customers!! Owner had the audacity to raise his voice at me for wanting a receipt at check out! Breakfast was bery little and old stale hard bagels and muffins. Cold scrambled eggs and cold dollar general sausage links! Terrible 3 whole employees which are family and assuming they also live on the premises!!!

  Visiting Family

  I always stay at this hotel (only hotel in the city) when I am visiting my granddaughter. I have never been disappointed in the service. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and the most important....a hot shower! Have never had the optional breakfast so cannot rate it.

  Dirty room

  I rented the room for my driver and he came back and said he had nothing but issues with services to the cleanliness of the room and the water pressure. When he reported it they were more then reluctant to want to fix the issues

  This was a lot better than I expected for the only hotel in a very small town. Was happy with the experience. Looks like they are updating some things throughout the hotel as well so it seems they care about the property

  Stayed for wedding terrible customer service

  We booked 2 rooms and stayed one night and we called before booking to ask about late check out and they said it could be at 12:30 which was perfect since the wedding was at 1pm. When I got there they said the price would be since we had 4 adults total for all rooms which is stupid. Then when I asked about late check out he said only 11:30 and when i mentioned that he said 12:30 he denied saying that. The room also smelled really bad and had some stains on blankets. One of my family members talked to the receptionist the next morning about late check out and he said that is fine and take your time just be out before 1:30pm. When i checked my bank account they charged me an extra $30. I called and he said its due to us leaving after 1pm. I said we left before 1 and that we were told by receptionist that it was ok and did not mention anything about being charged more. He denied saying anything.
