  Una buena opción en Vientiane

  El hotel está alejado un poco del centro y el acceso no está muy bien iluminado. Sin embargo es un hotel muy cómodo y limpio con habitaciones espaciosas (hay varios tipos) y personal bastante agradable que proporciona buena información. Al lado hay un restaurante/bar donde se sirven los desayunos o se puede tomar una cerveza bien fría. Recomendable

  Agradable pero caro para lo que ofrece

  Esta junto al río en una zona sin asfaltar como las calles adyadcentes y a 10 minutos andando del centro. Hay que andar unos 5 minutos para encontrar ambiente. El hotel es tranquilo, solo tiene unas 12 habitaciones, muy amplias y con decoración sencilla pero agradable. El desayuno lo dan en el restaurante que esta pared con pared y es bastante limitado. Son amables pero no tanto los dueños. El precio es caro para lo que ofrece, de ahí que no le ponga un 4 de nota.

  So friendly family run business!

  My third stay at this charming boutique (here this denomination is correct!) hotel with lovely rooms in a funny design and with some rooms offering great views over the mighty Mekong river. The owner and all his staff are so friendly and helpful, it's become quite rare to find such lovely family run hotels. Breakfast is served on the terrasse of the adjacent restaurant, also with great Mekong view. In the evening the Mekong promenade in front of the hotel turns into a "kilometer long restaurant", it' s absolutely charming (but don't forget your mosquito repellent!) And the hotel is only an easy 10-15 minutes walk to the city center or the famous night market.

  Over the Years Beau Rivage Mekong Hotel Remains a Consistently Great Place to Stay in Vientiane

  The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants, coffee shops and bars in walking distance. The House of Spirits is right next door to grab a meal or a drink. The hotel interior is custom built / design with good quality materials but in Lao style. I really like the rooms. If you want more quiet, go for garden view. If you are okay with a little street notice and prefer a view, go river facing room = The river facing rooms are a bit nicer / bigger too. The owners Gordon and Lao wife Bee are a wonderful resource to have for local logistics / planning / coordinating stuff during your time in Lao. When you are there it is like being a family guest but with all the privacy you may want. I really love this place. I have stayed here several times over the years since about 2010. The area has developed quite a bit but Beau Rivage Mekong Hotel, its owners and staff have ALWAYS been consistently high quality over the years. This place apparently is not on many hotel search engines but just go to their website and email them your inquiry and Gordon, Bee or one of their staff will promptly respond... This is not a fancy place but a quite, comfortable, safe place to stay in a great location. I will return next time I am in Laos...

  A couple of nights stay

  Centrally situated by the riverside this delightfully designed boutique hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are unusually designed, off an originally built staircase ( no lift pls note) . The view of the river from the front rooms is worth having; though on the second floor is spoilt by a web of nearby cables . Breakfast is outside and nicely served .Great location for nearby restaurants and market for the evening . Speedy and inexpensive laundry service if required .
