    Wonderful, caring staff. Amazing view. Room and internet connectivity excellent for Buj. Would simply like to have equivalent security at gate as found at other hotels in Bujumbura. Best place to feel the need to exercise; just follow all the other runners up the hill every morning!

    I stayed at this hotel during the second week of February 2015. The staff were very pleasant. The rooms very clean and the view of bujumbura and lake Tanganyika breathtaking I would reccomend it any day

    Enjoyed my stay at Best Outlook!!!

    As the name of the hotel goes, 'Best Outlook' you indeed get the best views of Bujumbura. Stationed upon a hillside you will get expansive views of the City of Bujumbura below, right up to the shores of Lake Tanganyika bordering the horizon. The hotel serves both traditional and continental meals at the restaurant. The local dishes are unbeatable!!! Excellent food, really well prepared, really tasty. I ate and ate and ate. The fruits and fruit juices out of this world. Try them, each and every day!!!

    Nice place

    The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, high up on the hills thus giving a good view of the city. The rooms are very spacious and features a spacious common balcony as well. Bathroom is clean but you may need to carry your own towel and shower gel. The towel didn't look clean.. .some bleach would have helped. And the shower gel looked like was left over from the previous occupier. Bar soap was however available. Wi-Fi was good and offered at no extra charge. Breakfast was wanting.

    Nice place for a sip of coffee!

    We decided to come here for a sip of coffee. The menu isnt great neither the coffee. However the view is beautiful and they have a grey crowned crane if you like to see it closer which was rather charming!
