  Lovely Staff

  The room was warm and comfortable. Sky TV and free WiFi. The staff were so friendly, helpful and caring. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and I was asked numerous times if I needed anything and if they could do anything to help. I felt very looked after

  Great location, staffs and good spacious room

  Stayed with 3 kids. Was great as each kids got a single bed and parents bed was separated from the kids by stairs and other 2 in separate room. Had a good small kitchenette. Pool and exercise room. Shower was powerful not dribbling. Staff really tries to make your stay a great stay. Smiling and helpful. If something missing ask and they will try To provide/find it as they really wants you to have a good stay. The room were the kids were (2) didnt have a lot of air flow so we asked for a fan got it and solve the problem- kids were happy again. The fan isnt powerful in the bathroom but that wasnt too much of a problem as you are not in there too long. Their is 2 air conditioning system unit. One downstairs and one upstairs. Some windows handles will need replacing but are functional. Overalls great stay. With a family for a short stay it is a very good place to be and there is a huge park nearby (YMCA) for the kids to kick a ball... a small wetland and some shops, restaurant, train station and B.P.Gas station ...all small walking distance. (Big supermarket e.g. countdown..you need a car but 2 small supermarket,3 bakery.... walking distances).

  Great overnight stay

  Great... very clean, big bathroom with a spa bath - complimentary toiletries m, tea coffee making facilities, mini bar, microwave. Sky TV- A/C, we stayed in a newly renovated room- all amenities there including restaurant (bar & lounge) & room service- & a swimming pool too. Very close to Ellerslie Motorway on/off ramp. Very helpful staff.

  Awesome staff, easy check in and check out. Clean airy rooms, great parking and amenities. Staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. Super comfortable bed, decent shower with great shower head. Convenient location

  Wtf

  What the actual feck ? No lights. No power. No plug for the spa. I'm sitting butt naked in a spa bath, in the dark, trying to fill the f*cking thing up. Blah blah blah 200 characters eat my ar$$ #useless #moneyback
