  Lack of effort/Poor service

  Hotel is poorly cleaned in common areas ... hallway floors were dirty needing vacuumed; property smelled like cigarette smoke. The room didnt have towels, mini pillows on the bed, the air conditioner never shut off, grab and go breakfast was a joke small wrapped orange or apple, mini muffins. We were told most of the restaurants were closed or drive through only and told good luck. We had to ask for our loyalty/reward points the next morning (Diamond Member) never acknowledged at check in or offered any upgrades!! Will not stay at this location again!! Due to COVID 19 pool and gym were closed!

  Alright place to sleep

  The location was easy to get to but the parking lot was small, breakfast was not much just a grab and go bag with an apple and granola bar due to Covid. Other than that the building was nice, the rooms were neat, beds were nice but the pillows were smaller than throw pillows. The showers did not have much pressure and barely got warm. The property has much potential but other than a place to sleep it doesn't provide much of a stay.

  Very impressed

  Not every situation goes the way we always want it. But it is the way we handle ourselves that defines us. Like so many others I could not wait for 2020 to end. The staff could not of been kinder. I will definitely be staying with Best Western in the future. Thank you!!

  Visit to Hondo, Texas

  I was please with the room but disappointed that it was not the room we normally stay. This particular room was not as handicap friendly as other rooms we have stayed in at this hotel. To get my son into the bathroom we had to open the bathroom door completely then push his wheelchair into the bathroom. It was kind of awkward but we made it work.

  Nightmarish, Purposely Trashy Hotel by Owner

  Having lived in India for many years, we LOVE IT and its people. Period. But what ALL, to date, Indian-owned Best Western Hotels we have stayed at (#3) have done/are doing to TRASH the formely vaunted Best Western brand is DISGUSTING & a sign of contempt by "Siddhi, Inc.", in this cases, towards its American customers who, ostensibly, have made them WEALTHY. FILTHY room. Hotel not ONCE answered direct number, then onsite, clerk/we noted it never RANG. TV broken. Ceilings neatly breaking from (?) black mold/water stains, shower did NOT WORK! ironing board garbage broken w' FILTHY cover. iron broken. mattresses 15 YEARS OLD. The KEY sign to these foreign hotels is literally this: 2 thin sheets sandwiching a smelly thin blanket with 2 pillows; bathroom w' 3 towels. PERIOD. NO BREAKFAST- supposedly due to "Covid", which is BS. Not even coffee. Worst Best Western experience EVER from 25 year Rewards member. Finally, NO ABILITY to use points, as again, telephone never answered & kind clerk knew NOTHING about helping to accomplish our wish! Just awful. "Siddhi@, of note, means "powers" in Sanskrit. TRY USING THEM FOR CUSTOMERS; NOT your bank account!!
