  Bad visit

  I have stayed here numerous times and it's always been wonderful service. The staff go above and beyond for you here.Miss Shay Miss Simone and Miss Tanya are awesome! This time was really bad for my family. It took 3 times to get a clean room that I would even stay in! The very next day my daughter was in the pool and someone threw a bottle of urine in the pool from the 4th floor while my daughter was in it! Thank God she didn't get hurt! Very disappointed this time! I didn't even get any apologies! I will definitely think twice before I stay here again!

  Disappointed

  Room 4013 Terrible and disgusting! Not cleaned properly at all! My family and I were given a room where there was hands prints on the headboard, chip crumbs on the nightstand and it was very dusty....

  Very Clean and Staff Nice

  I arrived early and Simone at the front desk let me check in early. She was so warm and welcoming and very informative of the area and where to eat. The hotel and room was very clean . All the staff wore masks and there are sanitizer stations throughout the hotel.

  Room for Daughter

  Simone the front desk manager was amazing and extremely helpful. I spoke with her a few times regarding my daughter's reservation. My daughter was very pleased with the room and will stay there again.

  Best Stay Ever!!

  Clean and totally modern. From check in to check out. The staff took care of me without even asking for help. I recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a room. Big snow storm where i had to stay after work. They plowed and guided me to drier roads. Checking out i was offered a wonderful breakfast to take along with me. No complaints. Quiet and beds were so comfortable i didn't want to wake up to go back to work again.
