  La peor experiencia!

  Venimos en grupo a Pflugerville para una competencia de baile y decidimos quedarnos en este hotel por las opciones que encontramos en Internet; pero la verdad NO SE LOS RECOMIENDO. En el cuarto que me toco quedarme desde que llegue hasta que me fui nunca pasaron a limpiarlo, el peor servicio recibido, pase 3 días sin que limpiaran la tasa del baño, la regadera, las camas, el area del escritorio. Reporte esto a la administración pero no hicieron nada. Si vienen a Pflugerville busquen otras opciones, no pasen por la experiencia que yo pase.

  disappointing

  The hotel is pleasant. The breakfast was ok. But the thing that was really iritating was the housekeeping staff. Our room was not cleaned on saturday, and on sunday housekeeping was pounding on the door at 11:00 yelling that is was time to check out!!! We had informed the staff the night before that we would be checking out late(12:00). I have never had such a rude housekeeping staff experience ever!!!!!

  Excellent experience

  Definitely would recommend perfect location, beautiful hotel and atmosphere. Quiet, clean, delicious breakfast and friendly staff! I will definitely stay again next time Im in Austin with my family or for training.

  SUPER NOISY, SUPER HOT. DO NOT STAY HERE! VERY slow front desk clerks!

  In 45 years, one of the WORST HOTELS STAYS EVER!!!! I was on the 2nd floor. Rooms and hotel are new and nice, however, they used very cheap vinyl flooring in the rooms with ZERO padding underneath. You could hear EVERY footstep of the people above you- BANG BANG BANG BANG all day, all night! People above woke up at 5:00 a.m. to pack for airport or something, and for 90 minutes, packing or walking, BANG BANG BANG BANG adult sand kids. The noise was horrendous like an earthquake. Other customers were complaining too. The doors throughout the hall also SLAM extremely loudly- like gunshots. BANG BANG SLAM BANG!!!! I demanded to be moved to the top floor (3rd floor). This is Austin/PF. in July when it was 98 F. The 3rd floor was extremely hot- hall thermostat said 77 F- which is too hot and it seemed broken- seemed more like 84 F in the hall. The room I checked into up there was 90 F. It took HOURS for the horrible and very noisy, rattling in-room AC to go down to 74 F. When I wanted to go to sleep, I had to turn the AC unit off as it was VERY loud. Within minutes, the room was heating back up to 90 F. Could not sleep at all. Tried to sleep with AC on, an the room got cold and smelled moldy. This hotel has MAJOR temperature and noise problems. The front desk lobby was about 88 F. The hall upstairs was not cooled properly and the rooms were did not cooled properly as well. WAY TOO HOT!!!!! The non-stop slamming of doors, and floor/ceiling pounding if you stay on the 1st or 2nd floors is UNACCEPTABLE. Very shoddy construction in terms of the flooring, horrible slamming doors, noisy levels that obviously the builder/owner did NOT check out at all. The rooms are very nice, but DO NOT STAY HERE!

  Buyer beware

  was advised my credit card couldn't be processed because internet was down at check in, so no receipt. a copy was made of my drivers license & credit card.Got to the room & it was cold, so we turned the heat on, & turned on the TV.An hour later the cable portion went down (only local stations) and the room was only 1 degree warmer (on high heat) We stayed a total of 2 hours & decided to give back the keys & go else where. The AARP quote I was given verbally, was run thru 3 days later for more.(for 2 hours)
