    Nada ostentoso pero bueno

    El hotel no tiene ningún lujo, sin embargo esta limpio, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias y el servicio en general es bueno. Lo único que creo que pudiera mejorar es el desayuno, las opciones no son malas, pero tampoco nada extraordinario. La relacion precio-valor es buena y se encuentra ubicado muy cerca del aeropuerto de Cleveland.

    40 min wait.

    Arrived at the hotel after a long drive to hope to sleep at 10 pm. But had to wait for room service for my room to be ready. I waited 40 mins to come to a room with the beds unmade. If you couldnt tend to the beds what makes me think you tended to sanitize the surfaces. I was sent to a new room where there where skid stains in the toilet. What an awful night. I called customer service and she did nothing but offer me a refund so I could go to a new hotel.

    Poorly run with bad Management

    My husband and I booked this Hotel for the Park, Stay and Go Package which included a night's stay, transportation to and from the airport, and to be able to keep our vehicle there while on our trip. We paid $176.25 for this service. When we arrived at the Hotel around 5 pm we waited around 30 minutes to check in for our room. We were told that the boiler was down and that there was no hot water. Since it was late and our flight was early, we did not have the time to find a new hotel with that deal to Park. We were told that they had been working on the problem since 11 am. I do not now why they did not attempt to contact us so that we could make other arrangements earlier. When we returned a week later and called at 8 pm to get the shuttle back to the Hotel, we were told that they did not have a driver and it would be our responsibility to get back to the Hotel. My husband was asked if we would be reimbursed for the ride and was told very rudely no. The Manager that he spoke to was Miles H. and he actually hung up on my husband. When I called back he made it sound like my husband was stupid and couldn't understand what he was saying. Very rude and did not care at all that we were stuck at the Airport. We had to pay $22 to take a Lyft back to the Hotel. We have reached out to Holiday Inn Corporate and after 2 weeks of them not replying to us, this is the review they get. I am done with the entire Hotel chain.

    Room Type Booked Not Available

    The wife and I decided to spend the night here after our power went out. I booked a feature king/junior suite on Priceline, about 20 minutes prior to our arrival. Things got off to a bad start, when I saw upon arrival that there was just one guy working by himself, and there was a line. With the exception of the night audit shift, there should always be at least two people working the 1st & 2nd shifts at the front desk, so that was irritating, but not as irritating as what happened when it was my turn to check in. Upon reaching the check-in desk, I was informed by the front desk guy that the room type I'd booked (feature king/junior suite) was not available, because the last one had been sold "only about 20 minutes ago" - so right around the same time I'd booked mine then - and as such, I was told that I'd have to be downgraded to a standard king room, with no rate difference refund applied, due to the fact that I'd booked through Priceline, and that I'd have to take that up with them. That's actually correct - one of the perils of booking via a 3rd party website - but standard procedure here, when a guest isn't getting the accommodation that they paid for, is to offer an *upgrade* (in this instance, that being a king suite) but no such offer was forthcoming. When I asked as to how I was able to book a room type that wasn't available, I was told that "Priceline have no idea what our inventory is" - maybe you guys should communicate a little better then? I wasn't going to stand there arguing with the guy - as I said, he was by himself and there were people waiting - so my wife & I just accepted the situation and headed to our room. The room was not great. Very jaded, with paint peeling off the bathroom walls. Also, it was right next to the elevator, which was whirring & clanging for what seemed like all night. I get it - there are better rooms and crappier rooms in hotels - but when the property isn't even close to being sold out, it might be an idea to put your guests in the better rooms until such time as the crappier ones are all that's left. Also, the paper thin walls allowed us the dubious pleasure of listening to the amorous young couple in the adjacent room, going at it all night. Better soundproofing definitely required. All-in-all, not the greatest hotel experience I've ever had.

    Perfect

    Needed a place for just a night. Was with my teenage son. This place, from the outside, appeared a little old and tired so I wasn't so sure I wanted to book it. But I read mostly good to great reviews and was offered a price I simply couldn't turn down. So I booked and we went. We were greeted by a very friendly front desk attendant. She explained all of the amenities that were available and unavailable (and why) and advised she was going to put a security deposit on my card. Standard practice, no big deal. We were in the room within minutes. I found the lobby area and hallways to be spotless and I did not detect any strange (known and unknown) odors. Our room, again, was spotless. We flipped it for bugs, found none. The beds were very comfortable and we both slept great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
