  Terrific value for the weary traveller

  Passing through St. Albert on my way up to Fort McMurray, stopped off in St. Albert BW on my way up and again on my way home. Service was excellent, hotel is well sited, close to all kinds of services. I will definitely stay here again.

  Home away from home

  With true honesty I have to say nothing bad about this hotel. This hotel is nothing but smiles and being the first ones to say good morning and good night. I have stayed in this hotel for 2.5 months and I have to say this was my home away from home. Even during this crazy pandemic they have accommodated well and still provide a top quality service. Thank you so much to Tyson and Ryan especially for always anticipating my needs and even going above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable during my stressful 2.5 months.

  Excellent experience!

  I recently had to travel to St Albert for work purposes and stayed at this hotel. I cant say enough good things about my experience there. With COVID and the uncertainties in the world right now, I was nervous to travel at all. Upon learning about the We Care cleaning program they are doing to ensure everything is cleaned to the highest standard to keep all guests safe and comfortable, instantly made me feel more relaxed about my travel. The staff at the hotel are very friendly, my room was beautiful, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time. I would 100% recommend this hotel if you are looking for a safe, friendly hotel to stay at.

  The Best Hotel to Stay at while visiting Edmonton

  We love the amenities in St Albert but it is really quick to get to any part of Edmonton from this spot. It is a beautiful Hotel with very friendly Staff. Even with the Covid restrictions, they provided a very good breakfast selection and in a really efficient, safe setting. Rooms are always some of the nicest I've ever stayed in.

  This hotel is excellently positioned for Hospital needs to the Sturgeon Hospital.

  We had to take hubby for surgury - rather tense reason to travel. From walking in the door, to packing up to leave, it was almost a vacation!! The staff were amazing and attentive. And quick to make me feel fine about losing my key all the time - THE BREAKFAST was the best - sooo many options AND gluten free. There were many amenities that we did not use because we were there for surgery, BUT we did get into the jacuzzi room - what a treat! We have to return for another surgery and this is "our" hotel now. :-)
