  Una casa encantadora

  El sitio es precioso, una pequeña casa con un jardin enorme y precioso. El hotel tiene poquisimas habitaciones (unas 15) y son amplias con camas amplias y cómodas Lo que no me gustó mucho fue el baño, algo pequeño, pero el problema es que la ducha no tenía suficiente presión (pues el agua debe ser de pozo) y que había algunos detalles de un poco de dejadez (una papelera estropeada en la habitación, si no abre o la arreglan o la tiran) Por lo demás un sitio muy bonito, pintoresco y un servicio amable y atento

  A Weekend Escape !

  Booked online. Easy to find off the main road but yet only a short drive or taxi ride to the centre of Ipswich. We arrived late but Marina was fantastic. Our room was clean, very tidy with comfortable adjustable heating. Nice big bath in the En-suite with a shower facility. Good selection of tv stations . Bar is small and quaint. We had fantastic meals during our stay, beautifully presented and more than adequate portions. Marina was so kind and helpful. A real asset to this Hotel and Best Western. All the other staff we met including the chefs were very nice, polite and chatty. I hope we get the opportunity to stay there again. We checked out late this morning . Once again Marina helped us.... she deserves a pay rise. As we left we met the Manager who was most courtious. A great little Hotel , you could easily dismiss it .... but stay there. Even for one night with an evening meal and breakfast..... You will want to go back. Thank you from Clinton and Julie.

  Little Gem, Brilliant Staff

  Overnight stay at the weekend Hotel very clean and comfortable, good value Nice cosy bar and good breakfast Best thing though was the staff, all very welcoming and helpful. Mariana deserves a special mention for helping my partner find a pair of shoes after hers self destructed 30 mins before we were due to go out. What a great place and what lovely people

  Great staff

  Firstly, the staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and obliging, especially the lady who we met on our arrival very late in the evening. We enjoyed a very tasty evening meal and an excellent, well cooked, extensive breakfast the following morning. The decor in our room was extremely tired and is in need of a major decoration. Despite that the room was clean, tidy and a good size. The communal areas were also clean and tidy. No doubt due to the efforts of the staff. I've given 4 stars because, in its way, despite the flaws, it was an extremely pleasant stay.

  Absolutley beautiful stay with wonderful staff and food!!

  The whole experience of staying here was exceptional. The building itself is beautiful and the staff were brilliant. Mariana and Sammy were really helpful and caring and couldn't do enough for us. The food was very special and presented beautifully. We felt like family. All in all, we can't wait to go back again.
