  es un motel y me agregaron gastos en el bar que nunca realice, lo demas todo bien

  el personal solo habla ingles el motel/hotel es bueno, sacando que me pusieron gastos a la habitación que nunca realice, no se vallan sin antes solucionar los inconvenientes ya que el personal me dijo que lo iban a ver y me cobraron o que quisieron

  Overall poor

  Staff members really friendly and very helpful, the quality of the food is not good at all very disappointing and extremely overpriced the rooms are very standard and the WiFi wasnt working half of the time in my second week

  Satisfied in a bad time for use all

  The staff were very hard working and did there best to make our stay as good as it could be in the current times I will be back hopefully in better times and had no problems with the hotel or the staff

  Lovely staff, awful room

  Quite frankly the worst hotel I've stayed in for a long time. I had to travel as I was attending the funeral of a close family member. Upon arrival I found that the air con unit didn't work and lights in the bathroom didn't work. After settling in I also noticed the cleanliness was very questionable. There were hairs in the plug hole of the basin and bath, there was dirt around the bath, the showerhead was clogged with limescale and operated poorly. There was also also no complimentary soap or wash of any sort. The insert from the basin tap was also missing so water spewed everywhere when operated. The aircon unit was also clogged with a thick layer of dirt and dust, which didn't fill you with confidence of what you were breathing in, especially as COVID was at its peak. The management left running the hotel were basically the only reason I continued my stay, she was thoughtful, professional and compassionate to my situation and is a credit to the hotel.

  All staff were pleasant, some more friendly than others. As a vegetarian, the food options were very satisfactory as was the quality of the food. The room itself was not anything special and quite small but was good enough for my one night stay as a single guest.
