  Poor COVID Safety Precautions

  I'm currently staying at the South Mountain Resort in Lincoln, NH. My accommodations are very nice and appeared to be very clean upon arrival. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, staff members do NOT CONSISTENTLY wear masks throughout the day/night, and DO NOT require guests to wear them in public areas --- like the lobby. I've observed this numerous times so far. Some have been seen working in the lobby with masks below their noses --- or not at all --- while checking in guests and while holding conversations with guests that are wearing masks and others that are NOT wearing masks. We had this resort booked prior to COVID, and only decided to keep our reservation because of their stated COVID safety policies that include all staff members and guests wearing masks in all public resort spaces. I even called ahead of time to discuss these requirements with them since I saw some other guests had COVID safety concerns during their stays during the summer. I was assured that they were now being very strict with COVID safety, and then the person I spoke with went into great detail about their safety policies --- which included all guests and staff members wearing masks in all public areas. Needless to say, I'm EXTREMELY disappointed. As another reviewer stated, if they don't want to enforce strict COVID safety policies, then they need to remove the FALSE policy statements on their site --- and not lie to customers when they call to confirm that they are in fact following their stated safety precautions.

  Very nice

  This resort is very nice. The staff was friendly and everyone took social distancing seriously. The location of the resort is near Loon Mountain and within walking distance to restaurants. The pool area was clean and seating was at least 6 feet apart if not more. The only issue I would have is the the couch is EXTREMELY uncomfortable. We did not use it as a pull out bed, but the cushions were hard. Overall this is a very nice place.

  Excellent

  We highly recommend this resort. Excellent maintenance of the grounds, common areas and our unit was super clean. The staff is amazing! We had an awesome two bedroom two bath room; plenty of space for four people. We will absolutely look at returning to this resort again in the future.

  Great resort and location to White Mountain National Park

  Great resort. Due to covid 19 safety we didn't use alot of the shared amenities. The 1 bedroom was spacious with whirlpool tub, 2 bath. We were across from the police station not the best view. Free use of washers and dryers in the common areas.

  Amazing hotel at the base of Loon Mountain

  This is my second stay at South Mountain Resort and this place is a great getaway to travel with both friends and family. It is a beautiful resort with a great pool and 2 level hot tub with a waterfall. The hotel is within walking distance to many outdoor restaurants and is just a few minutes away from amazing skiing at Loon Mountain. The workers and front desk staff were incredibly friendly and my adult children commented several times "HOW NICE THE PEOPLE ARE HERE".
