  Bonito hotel

  Me gusta hospedarme en este hotel, por la ubicacion que tiene, esta en el mismo lugar de toda la diversion, es un hotel pequeno pero bonito, el staff muy amable, el area de alberca es muy chica pero cumple con lo necesario para pasar un buen rato, yo si regresaria a este hotel

  I live locally but wanted to do something for my sons birthday weekend (New Years weekend) so I booked a room here and so glad I did! The staff was super great and helpful, especially Hannah! She made sure we were taken care of every chance she got. Also, Everything was within walking distance so we never had to get in our car to leave which was convenient. My son had a great stay here, we even got to watch the band play from the balcony.

  Great stay!!

  I had a wonderful time! The staff were so nice, and so helpful! Setting up our things in The Boardroom was great, very spacious, and such a cozy hotel. I definitely recommend staying here! Great place!! So many activities, restaurants, and sights to see!!!

  Birthday/ Home

  Stayed here when purchasing my home and really enjoyed it. The staff, local food and the boardwalk helped make this a wonderful stay, make sure to upgrade to get a room with a view of the water!! The only thing I would change was the storm that caused us to have to evacuate, obviously not the Inns fault. Even though I am 15 miles away now, I will still consider for a nice weekend trip.

  Misleading Advertising

  I wish I had read the reviews - especially Liz in November 2020. For the price of this executive suite we could have had an entire home ON THE WATER or a 4 star hotel elsewhere. I'll copy Liz's post from November because it share my exact sentiment plus a few other key facts below it. However, we discovered that their room view descriptions were very misleading. I wish theyd been more honest with perhaps photos of those room views, so we would have known that a bay view executive suite number 317 would not actually have a bay view!! Their description of our suite was Three private balconies provide a perfect place to enjoy fresh coastal air and take in the sights and sounds of Galveston Bay and the Boardwalk Plaza below. VERY disappointing!!! A photo of that bay view would clearly have shown the huge neon Bubba Gump sign directly in front of the balcony with the 96 tall roller coaster, the century wheel and the double decker carousel etc with little snatches of water way in the distance!!. I realize it's Covid time but there were no operating ice machines and when I requested ice from the front desk - I got enough for 1 glass. Can't bring my own because there is no freezer in the suite. Wallpaper is peeling from the walls in the bathroom. Certainly not worth what I am paying. The early check out charge makes sense because most will be utterly disappointed that they are now comitted to multiple days.
