  Ok but...

  Staff talks to people using russian language straigh away which very annoying, not everyone coming to hotel is Russian! They should start using English, but! They cant speak English at all... Maybe few guys from bars, but receptionists dont understand English speaking guests. Be careful with drinks after midnight! Obviously its paid but barmans dont mention it needs to be paid in a reception when youre checking out. Guy just took money on the bar. Animations every night - good, but only for Russians. They sing russian songs etc like everything is for them. Also be careful cause Russian people are very rude!!! I was a witness when one guy was waiting for drink and there was only one barman, the other guy was cleaning as there was no que. Russian man screamed to him go to work!!!. Horrible people. And about good things. Hotel is beautiful, very modern and clean. Cleaning staff 10/10 always cleaning room perfectly. Big up to Omer from Animation team (sorry if wrong) and Tayfun from the bar. You guys are the best!

  7 DAYS IN HELL

  Spent 7 days here, but not worth a minute! 7 days in hell This was not our first time visiting Turkey but the first time to be this disappointed. This hotel has many problems: - They dont speak any English, every communication we had was with signs or using google translate. They are only Russian oriented and dont respect any other tourist. - First day we asked for a double room and were given a twin, the reception guy said this hotel does not provide any double bedroom. We replied that we had seen in the hotels website that such rooms are available- so he was forced to smile and told us to wait a couple more hours until one was ready. At 2 pm he sent us to another rooms identically the same as the first. We became really angry as this was an insult to us and he acted like he didnt understand. After several efforts we managed to get a double room at the first floor - Rooms are not for young couples: if you are just getting to know each other, be prepared to also know your partners smell at the toilet because the toilet is almost next to your bed not closed totally - Room service was awful, the cleaning lady hardly came once a day after we would ask 4-5 times at the reception even though we turned on the green cleaning button since 9 am they didnt come until 2 pm when it was time to get a rest after lunch. - Hotel is full of Russians who are rude and push you out the way at the hotel to get their food, there are long lines at the restaurant. Also be prepared to wake in the middle of the night because many drunk Russians come knocking at doors just to annoy other people. - Regarding to COVID-19 rules except for wearing a mask when taking the food, nothing else was respected: the hotel was 150% booked, you had to wait in long lines for drinks and food, people were all the time next to you. - This is not the concept of an all inclusive hotel, if you asked for more than two pieces of the same food they would look at you strange and they insulted in turkish If you want a food that may have been over, they say its finished and not replaced for today even if you are one hour before closing time. FOOD IS FOR ANIMALS. There may be different types of foods but you cant eat anything because it is low quality and not cooked good. Not tasty so we had problems with stomachache for 7 days straight - hotel is so fully booked that we had to wake up at 7 am to take an umbrella at the pool or beach because it was full. Once they even removed our personal stuff to get the chaise-longues for themselves - pool is not fully clean, you can find small pebbles in the end and we caught yeast from the pool At 5:15 they started cooking for the dinner outside near the pool so you get the smoke and smell from barbecue. - not exactly for couples, full of kids and unappropriate for couple gestures - animation team???? Dont think there is any! Although Once we saw a girl wearing a uniform with animation logo, just saw her! - Patisserie is not a real one, they only had sweets left from a day before so noone really consumed anything there - Ala carte restaurant.. worst ever, you just get food at the table from the main buffet restaurant - Other guests were offered table service not once were we offered a drink at our seats - We had to be out our room at 12 for check out and because we spoke English and not their language we were not offered a room to shower or get ready before our journey home and had to take a shower at the spa room as an animal - If we needed any assistance, no one could help us ,We have never felt so unwelcome at a hotel. Don't get lies from the beautiful photos they post like we did, the hotel is luxurious from the outside but has only problems on the inside.

  This hotel is excellent

  Stayed here from 14th - 21st and have to say its a first class place! The hotel itself is modern the rooms are very clean and again modern service was very good rooms cleaned daily if you left the switch on for notification on door food excellent plenty of choice and COVID protocols are very good especially in the dining areas where your food is served to you in the buffet areas with minimal contact yes there are loads of Russian guests and they are not inclined to follow the rules via face masks and lift limits but keeps yours on when you have to and use the hand sanitizer stations which are everywhere and youll be okay your not on holiday with another nation so just keep yourself to yourself and your fine ! I really liked this hotel the staff are great and I felt appreciated the English manners and respect is come here again and for what we paid its excellent value

  Worst Turkish Hotel. Homophobic and rude

  This hotel has the worst Turkish food Ive ever had. Chicken is often raw when grilled and has blood. The guests are rude and do not know how to que, they push in. The men who work at this hotel rude, they called my friend a rabbit because of his teeth. They laughed at him. They laughed at my friend being gay and made jokes about it. They are getting the girls in the hotels numbers on tissue/napkins whilst working trying to come up to their rooms. They are weird and per**vrted. The pool is nice and big. The room is horrible, its an open air toilet so everyone can hear you whilst youre in the toilet and the shower too. They wont give you more then two room keys and one has to stay in the room for air con... The entertainment is bad, its loud and tacky. The hotels not near anything. Wouldnt recommend staying in this place unless you want to have a bad experience in life.

  I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH BOSPHORUS SORGUN HOTEL 5 * FOR SEVERAL YEARS

  I have been working with this hotel for several years (travel agency, Lviv) and I want to express my gratitude for the care of guests, service and customer orientation! During the Summer 2020 season, NO negative feedback or comments, only gratitude. I especially want to mention the wonderful food! A big THANK YOU want to say to Tatiana, guestrelation. Before the arrival of each of our tourists I wrote to Tatiana their wishes, questions - to which always received an answer very quickly (with photos / videos / even a schedule of hourly animation and parties). In addition, during the season, two families had an insured event: - the child was burnt with boiling water in the room, - Tatiana reacted extremely quickly, helped tourists with advice and was interested in the child's health even after returning to Ukraine! - The tourist was bitten by a dog during a morning run along the coast, - Tatiana helped tourists and suggested the best way to vaccinate P.S. This is a sincere recommendation and gratitude for help in any situation! Thanks!
