  Overnight Get Away

  Although the staff here was excellent and the hotel nice enough, it is in desperate need of updating! I believe it was built as a Sheraton and has a beautiful pool area. However, everything needs to be redone to bring this hotel back to the level it once was.

  They made booking our employee's rooms so easy!

  We highly recommend this hotel for Business & Personal use. Very friendly staff that genuinely seemed to appreciate our business. That says a lot! We also never heard any complaints from our employees for the entire duration of their stay.

  Superb Staff

  We were working at an event at the conference center and wanted some lunch. We asked the front desk if the outside tent was open for dining. They told us that it was normally closed until 4 but they could open it for us. They took our order and the General Manger herself waited on us. They made us feel like we were their most important clients.

  GREAT STAFF! FIRST room smelt like someone may have died in and not been found for a month or so. Could have been a dead racoon that slipped in through the severly outdated window. Or could have been a dead hooker under the bed.... needless to say I didn't try to find it. After a brief vomit in the hallway, my lovly girlfriend and I took the 8min walk back to the front desk. The staff was very apologetic and upgraded out room to pool side idk.... This room smelt something close to a mixture of a modern day cigar bar and the American legion after a WWII function was held the night b4. The sealing mounted Havc was leaking, as well as the roof in many other areas of the building. I will say it has held up nicely in the pool and function area considering age of building. This area is beautiful. With that being said, this place is seriously dated and on the same level as the days inn fitchburg or hotel 6, hopefully they will find an investor to polish this turd diamond in the rough, nd bring it back to life, as it was in the 80's and 90's. When copious amounts of hookers and blow flowed through this regency as majestically as thier waterfall fountians in the courtyard along side on the pool Over&outttt T-IRISH TRAV

  Best Staff. Great hotel facility

  The staff is so focused on the guests it blows my mind. In 50 years of staying at great hotels and conference centers all over the US and abroad this is THE user friendly WINNER.. Start with a staff who gets u what u need- a ladder, a chair, or a great meal- all done as if u r the only guest. Smart and hard working. The food in the Grill is very good( ie hamburger delux) and more than u can eat. While it has a pool, and fountains and meeting rooms- we were outside due to COVID- the architectural layout means u do not have to walk far to get to ANYTHING you need- Incl. parkingand bath rooms.. A small boutique feel, with great capacity, not far from Boston proper. But who needs downtown when you get all this at half the cost?
