  Perfect

  Very glad we chose the Pacific Resort for this visit. Booked online some months prior, and communication was excellent throughout. We arrived early but were able to check in and the couple at the desk were lovely and friendly. Our apartment was absolutely perfect for us - spacious, clean - loved the balcony access from both lounge and bedroom, comfortable bed - couldn't ask for anything more. Will definitely stay again if we return to the Gold Coast.

  Excellent location, just a little redecorating required.

  I spent a few days here in December 2018. The apartment I was in had a decent view of the Pacific and the Kurrawa beach area. The apartment was well-equipped (fully functioning kitchen etc) and was nicely furnished. The only very slight let-down is that some tidying up decorative-wise would be useful as that particular apartment was beginning to look a little tired in its decor. It is worth noting that there was no AC in the bedroom (ceiling fan only) but I slept very well, either with the balcony door open, or with the AC on in the lounge and the connecting door left open. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon when the reception desk is closed, so I had to check-in using the remote service via the external intercom. Absolutely no problem, so don't let this put you off in any way!! There is free parking and I also had free wifi. Recommended? Yes. Will I return? Yes - in fact I have already booked my return for February 2019.

  Accommodation/Resort Hotel

  After many years we have just stayed for the last time in this Hotel. Reason being we found the room 1202 very dated and dirty. Bed underlay was badly stained, dirty cup & eating utensils. On reporting to the front desk dual manager we were offered very little in comfort or compensation for our discovery of the major health bed issue on the 5 day(Sunday) of our 8 night stay. but was told by the current manager (Roz) they would have found the issues on inspection of unit on the day we were leaving? (Excellence in Customer Service) NOT.

  Birthday Weekend away

  My partner and I checked into the Pacific Resort on Friday 12 July. About 11am I got a text message advising that our apartment was ready and I have never gotten that services, so we were off to a great start. Upon booking I had mentioned that it was my partners birthday, so when I checked in I received a voucher for $20 to redeem at the Sage café just a couple minutes walk away. Our room was on the 14th floor and though it was small, it was very comfortable, and very breezy, views were good as it gets considering the Resort positioning, views from the lounge, bedroom and the very large bathroom. The bed could've been a bit more comfy with better pillows. The tram stop is only about 2-3mins walk away, Pacific Fair was about 15mins away, so no need to drive everywhere as Broadbeach has it all. The Resort manager were AWESOME, very friendly and everything was hassle free. Would I stay here again, yes, cause of the perfect location, maybe just in a different apartment. So thank you very much Pafici Resort for our enjoyable stay.

  Close to Gold Coast Convention Centre

  We went to the Gold Coast for a convention. The apartment was close to Conference Centre, shops, restaurants, beach and parks. No need to drive which was excellent. Staff very helpful and the apartment had everything we needed. Met our budget also!
