    Great night's sleep + lovely breakfast. What more could you want from a B&B? ...

    ... friendly, helpful hosts. Got those too! Diane, unfazed by the arrival of an OAP on a motorcycle, went through the room/bathroom layout, breakfast options and WiFi password; Chris then helped me get the bike parked off the road. Sadly, just the one night; I could get used to this.

    Ticks the boxes

    Felt Diane needed a 2020 review.! Traditional B and B in a residential street near to centre. Key words are clean, quiet and calm, and I appreciated all three. I was on business, with no interest in small talk nevertheless Diane did all that was required , calmly and quietly. Had a simple breakfast (my choice both days) and this was delicious. Nice room with large bed. Ticked all the boxes.

    Stunning place

    Stayed at a few bed and breakfasts in my time but this place is by far the most beautiful place.. greeted by Diane on arrival and shown to our room .. our room was en suite.. bed so comfy and room spotless.. even a ironing board in room.. now to breakfast. Omg what a plate of gorgeous food and so fresh.. she has taken every precaution with covid.. iv booked again and can't wait.. keep it up diane .. if in north wales this is the place to stay

    Lovely place

    I stayed at bryn coed guest house for a weekend. The place had great hospitality and was very clean. We had a few drinks at the bar and played a bit of dominoes against the owner Diane. (We went undefeated for the weekend) What a lovely place to stay, I would recommend anyone to stay there.

    Fabulous Stay

    Diane and Chris were brilliant hosts, nothing was to much trouble, even when we arrived late 11.30pm they were so understanding, the room was beautifully clean as all the guest house was, breakfast was scrummy and plenty of it, we both slept like logs in the huge very comfy bed and will be staying again soon
