  Super Clean & Quiet for a Tight Budget

  This little Inn was located in a section of town a mile off the highway, but it was well worth skipping the big chains. The property looks clean and well kept. The owner has a garden. The room was so clean and smelled nice. Beds were just right and comfortable. It had a microwave and refrigerator. There were also fast food places within a mile. You can stay here 2 nights for the price of one night at a large franchise. It was also filled but quiet. Loved it.

  Great Stay

  This was recommended by some friends. It is a small motel. Very nice size room - clean and quiet. TV had lots of channels and HBO. I would highly recommend this place. It's a fantastic bargain. We will stay here any time we travel South.

  good for price!

  On our road trips I always prebook hotels so I know the kids have a bed for the night,so when I went to check in I was rather concerned that they did not appear to have a record of my booking,but they had a room for us so all was ok!.the reception smelled very strongly of spicy food,curry?,which was unpleasant,but rooms were fine.no pool or breakfast ,which we knew when booking, but it is cheap enough that you get breakfast elsewhere with what you saved.

  Spacious clean room, free parking right outside your room

  This is an older motel, with regular keys to the rooms, all on ground floor where you can park right outside the window of your room. Very reasonably priced, and easy access to I-35. Room has microwave and refrigerator, but no eating places within walking distance that I noticed. All was very clean and sink/mirror is outside the bathroom, making it easy for two people to be at different stages of getting ready in the morning. Only negative for light sleepers is that it must be pretty close to railroad tracks with trains going by at all hours of the night and blowing the whistles. But the people running it are very nice.

  Decent place to crash for a night

  I stopped here after driving straight through from Chicago. I arrived around 10 PM and had no problem getting a room even at this time on a Sunday night. This was the start for my trip to Lake Tahoe via historic Route 50. Basic old time motel which is what I wanted for this trip. Room was clean and exactly what I needed, a shower and a place to crash for the night.
