  Excellent Stay

  My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. Kim and Hillary were brilliant hosts and couldnt do enough for us. The room was spotless and the breakfasts were lovely. The location was also great as the trams and buses were just at the bottom of the road, thank you again for a lovely stay Sophie & Kayleigh

  What can I say about this place? I absolutely love it here. You will not find a cleaner bed and breakfast anywhere it is spotless. I have been coming here for years and every year without fail Kim and Hilary have done work on their B and B, meaning it is very modern and beautifully decorated. Hilary and Kim are great hosts and always make us feel welcome, the breakfast is amazing and the cocktails are great. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

  WOW what a fantastic place to stay great host spotlessly clean and fantastic breakfast can't wait go back highly recommend the cocktails hillary and Kym could not do enough for you well and truly felt comfortable and relaxed just what you need on a break

  Perfect in every way

  Blackpools gem! Had a wonderful time staying with Hilary and her team. Great location. Superbly clean rooms. Wonderful breakfast with plenty of meat, vegetarian and vegan options. Friendly hosts. COVID-19 guidelines followed down to a tee. 100% recommend.

  This was our 3rd time at By The Seaside guest house, this says it all we wouldnt stay any where else now. We had a large bedroom with 50 television for those who want to catch up with anything, we also had Alexa. The rooms are very comfortable and most of all spotlessly clean, there is everything you need in the rooms. We had a good choice for breakfast. Kim and Hillary were very helpful, they told us about a lovely Chinese restaurant to go to up in town. We will be back next year for another enjoyable weekend.
