  Qué vacaciones tan fantásticas

  No esperábamos lo peor por el precio que habíamos pagado, y sin embargo nos dejaron pasmados el personal, la limpieza y la comida, fantástica (y yo entiendo, porque tengo un negocio de catering), nada de ponerse malo del estómago, el aire acondicionado era potente y las vistas desde las terrazas y desde el restaurante eran impresionantes. Era interesante bucear desde el embarcadero y siempre entraba brisa de la bahía. ¡La mayoría eran franceses y afortunadamente no había muchos ingleses que bajaran el nivel! Las vacaciones fueron una maravilla, no me quería ir. la familia Hudson, West Wickham, Inglaterra.

  The best place

  It is time for this post. I want to say thanks to @ Thank you very much the best animation team, who made my holidays so memorable. All person in this team is very cool and friendly. @. This girl was the first, whom I met at the hotel. Thanks for your warmth, friendliness and just for being able to meet you. @ Thank you for giving positive emotions and smiles. Bocha will be remembered for a long time. Keep on learning Russian, you will succeed @ The best DJ who made the evening unique and active. Thank you for never saying no when I ordered a lot of songs @ Very glad to meet you, incredibly kind man. Playing UNO, basketball, ping-pong, volleyball will be remembered for a long time. Thanks for everything This team will remain in my memory and heart for a long time. Thank you, miss you and hope to see you again

  Worth its four stars

  The hotel is situated near the sea. It is not big and quiet. The staff can more or less speak French and partially English. Around the hotel, you can observe great green mountain landscapes and local architecture. I strongly recommend you to leave sometimes the hotel and walk nearby. The sea area is small, not very deep and convenient for children. Maybe, you'll find the beach and sea area of Cactus Fleur (another hotel of their net, which is situated just 100 m away from the Cactus Mirage and clients of Cactus Mirage are allowed to swim there too) to be better, but that's question of taste. There are no free beach towers, you should either to take yours or buy or leave a deposit to get one. There are some water activities. Not free. But the clients of Cactus Mirage are allowed to use the great aqua-park near the Cactus Fleur hotel which is free for all days except Saturday and Sunday. You can get there by the road (200..300m) or through the Cactus Fleur. There are some evening activities available like animation etc. There is a place when you can leave your children under the supervision. The food is available almost full day, either in restaurants or bars. The restaurant is good, comfortable, with ability to observe the sea. The food is not very diversified, but is fresh and tasty. Some days, the dinners are accompanied by live guitar music: the man with great voice plays and sings European, American, and Turkish songs. The restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful, I just want to mention Katie from Ukraine for her help and friendly smile. You can also order a dinner near the sea or visit a'la carte restaurant (for fee). The rooms are enough comfortable and clean. But the cleaning staff sometimes confuses "Do not disturb" and "Please clean the room" signs :). The hotel guests by nationality (it was in June): Turkish, French, Ukrainian, Polish, Russian, German, where the first group is the largest, and the last one is the smallest. During our stay, we did not met any inadequate persons. The worst thing in the hotel is Wi-Fi. It's free, but works in a few places only and even there it is not very fast. Many guests, who need Internet connection, occupy the reception (where the connection is the best).

  Rude staff...smoking everywhere...not as advertised

  Hi, My name is Gil Vassoly; Today we checked in to the Mirage Hotel in Bodrum, TR. Unfortunately the reality his by far years a way from the information on line when it was booked at the Hotels.com website. below are few of the issues and photos to demonstrate the issues: 1) Water Park - the web site tells the story that this facility has a water park - reality - the park in in a different location 300 meters walk on a road with traffic going both ways and no pedestrian walking area. I can not have my kids walk there and take the risk of them being run over by a car. with this situation they can't use the water park. that was one of the main reasons we booked this location if not the only reason 2) The web site says there is free parking but the reality is that there are only 10-15 parking spots for 174 units hotel and everyone else have to park on the road taking the risk of someone breaking in or damage by crossing traffic 3) There are people smoking everywhere, the lobby, the dining room, the pool, the beach, even the employees smoke while on duty. We tried to ask few times at least where we sit in the pool area but no one cares. guests are smoking inside the restaurant and no one tells them to stop 4) In one room we had a roller-bed and the minute my son seat on it it broke and he fell off to the ground. they tried to fix it and after a while decided to bring a new one. 5) The keys in the room are also used as a switch for the electricity in the room. they seem to have a small magnet inside that is the trigger; in one of the rooms this small piece of metal/magnet fell and now we dont have power to the room. when we asked them to fix it they told us we lost the piece and that they will only give us a new one of we pay extra for it. We never saw that piece and because the bell-boy was the one who open the door we can't even know if it was there to star with. this is just another example of the low level of maintenance in this place. every attempt to speak to the front desk or ask to speak to a manger are blocked and answered in a very rude way This is unacceptable - we drove all the way from Istanbul for 3 days here and after 5 hours we feel like we want to go back home

  Family visit

  Beautiful hotel with a beautiful location. Due to the pandemic the hotel was quieter than usual but the facilities and staff were excellent. The water park next door was closed again due to Covid but the facilities at the hotel beach were very good. We would like to thank Nagi the manager and his staff who made our stay at the hotel awesome.
