Contradictorio
Llegamos aquí para hacer noche antes de ir a Disney. La habitación espantosa, sucia, calor sofocante, abrimos ventana, y daba a la terrasa del McDonalds, olor, ruido.... Predimos el ventilador, lleno de pelusas. Pedimos habitación, 1 cama doble y una simple (para mi hijo de 6 años) y me discuten en la recepción que no lo había solicitado, le muestro la reserva donde SI figuraba y dicen bueno a nosotros no nos consta.Le doy un normal ya que volvimos aquí antes de volvernos a casa (ya estaba reservado) y o sorpresa nos dieron una habitación con las camas solicitadas en el 2 º piso , limpia. Salva la atención del empleado nocturno y su excelente predisposición. Evitar a toda costa la HAB. 099.

A wonderful stay
- The room is so clean. - Very close to Métro number 8 which is a great advantage. - WIFI is for free and unlimited. - free coffee and tea in the room. - The cleaning stuff is gentle and nice. - Commercial center Créteil Soleil is so close. - Free parking. - Quite and nice rooms. - Price is just great for 4 nights.

Two nights in Cretail campanile
We were surprised to discover that this Campanile does not provide any restaurant facilities other than breakfast. We were directed to the local shopping centre "5 minutes walk away" which has a "Food Hall" on the top floor. If you want a Subway sandwhich or similar fast food you will be happy, otherwise there is very little choice on offer.Breakfast at the Campanile was terrible! Both nights there were large groups staying and the one single lady who had to put out food, clear tables, operate the dishwasher etc could not cope on her own. Result: coffee ran out, orange juice ran out, there were long queues for bread and croissants, cheese and ham, which could not be replaced fast enough. Many people had no plates and had to use serviettes - until they too ran out. At times the Receptionist left his desk to help. These Group Bookings cannot have been last minute, why were not more staff employed to assist? Will never stay there again!

Good: Its near Paris. Bad: Pretty much everything else
10 minutes from the Metro and then a short trip in Paris. Also a simple drive if you enjoy Paris traffic. Hotel is an older style Campanile, only buffet breakfast and no restaurant. Its all looking pretty tatty to be honest, though it was kept clean. Free parking but not the nicest area. Lots of Police around during my stay. Next to rail tracks and road but double/double glazing meant noise wasn't an issue. OK for one night but wouldn't go again. It was just Euro 95 per night though, for Paris thats a bargain! McDonalds is right next door (is that a positive or negative?)

Perfect for us
++ free and safe carparking just in front. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and bed was clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with different food for every taste. Perfect coffee all style. We walked only around 3 minutes to the next metrostation for our trip to Paris. - small shower

Dangerous shower doors
My son was in a room with a faulty shower door. It was a corner shower with the doors on rollers. Each door should have had two rollers. One door had only one roller as he came out of the shower the door came off the one roller. As a consequence the door completely came off shattering glass and the frame flailing around. He had cuts all over his naked body, his i-phone was knocked off the side of the sink and damaged. The hotel have taken no responsibility for this. I have spoken to them in person and they are blaming my son which is shocking.They think he is lying about his phone phone not working. No concern for his welfare, pain or damaged property, No empathy in a shocking situation. -He was physically harmed -Emotionally harmed -His property has been damaged I have photographic evidence. This particular hotel is not registered with an ombudsman, so they can continue this provision of dangerous unchecked furniture. I advise: check for safety before entering a shower in this establishment. The hotel do not check for safety and people are at risk as a consequence. Luckily, this did not happen to somebody who is more fragile, because the injuries would have been much worse The response of the manager, who took 3 weeks to reply with one sentence and has since not replied, is to take no responsibility for this damage to person and property. The response of the person who was working that night was they move them to us a different room and be angry. Very bad customer care in fact no care. Beware
