  Worst Hospitality and hotel experience ever!!!!

  Asked the FD for fresh towels and a quick room vacuum. Margaret S. Yeong replied this is extended stay hotel, we are sold out and under staffed we only service rooms after 5 days, well my stay was 3 days so I said ok, I dont know the hotel rules for extended stay, so I went to Walmart purchased towels & vacuum to keep rm clean. Upon return Margaret S. Yeong was in the room, she walked in the hall towards me and began to talk privately.I was completely lost in the conversation, she said you seem to be unhappy so you can leave. I was stunned You are evicting me and my grandchildren out of this hotel? Margret stood in my face with conviction and said YES. I asked her why would she make such an awful, racist, unprofessional decision like that? she said" .She said "there was no need to by a vacuum and towels we were going to sweep the floor; I explained we were sold out and understaffed we would get to it". At this point I could only comply (I was devastated), Margaret S. Yeong's unreasonable actions at that point defined unhappiness. we packed everything up to proceed to check out, I explained to Margaret S. Yeong that I have been in Hospitality management for 25 years and I have never had such a horrible stay at a hotel. Candlewood Suites should be ashamed to be associated with someone with such poor management skills. Margaret began to change her whole conversation, but to add insult to injury she giggles as we pass by and said loudly. Have a good day

  "Pleasant"

  This is my 4th stay here and I must say it has been a clean, fun experience each visit. The evening supervisor Nita always has a beautiful smile and friendly personality. Definitely recommend. Haven't had any of before mentioned situations.

  I'm on a Business trip working and so I like traveling where there are accommodations and with the Staff here at this location the service is excellent. Nita at the front desk along with Ashlee have been helpful in making my stay the best. Nita provides insight to all the guest as I notice this when passing through the lobby area. I have been at this location twice now with my first stay 4 months and I returned to stay again for a couple of months. The rooms are nice and have a full kitchen with the hotel supplying all cooking utensils and on any occasion they provide popcorn for your Movie night in your room. Margaret, the Hotel Manager works really hard in the training of the staff from Angela ,Nimat at the front desk with smiles and pleasantry these are just a few of the staff members. I cant say enough about this Team. Luis is the Director of Sales and he has made a lasting impression with my company. Just a BIG THANKS to everyone as we will continue to make future reservations this location has easy on and off access form I:45 really cant say enough

  Peace Of Mind

  We needed a place to chill for a while this place gave us everything that we needed great parking,super group of people from security front desk personnel management's housekeeping and all the amenities.

  Stayed three nights!

  My daughter and I stayed at the Candlewood Suites in Spring Texas. Lucas checked us in. Very professional and very thorough. The room was large...I guess an extended stay hotel is like that. The room was clean, well equipped. We both enjoyed our stay.
