  A tired hotel that needs upgrading

  This is an older hotel that requires some upgrading to make it more modern and comfortable. The corridors were dark and not all the lights worked. There is not much in the area and the only convenient option for dinner was there restaurant which was adequate. The staff were helpful, the room was clean and there was little road noise.

  Spacious comfortable room

  The room we had was larger than average having ample space for a separate seating area with a sofa and chair. The staff and breakfast were both excellent. The majority of the rooms sit on the street side of the building. It is the main thoroughfare through the the area and is extremely busy. Traffic noise is considerable until 1AM and beginning again at 5AM So having their windows open takes some adjustment. There is a balcony for each room but with the exception of a wooden chair from the desk and the stool from the shower there is no where to sit while you are holding your wine and cheese. The remote for the AC is like the device given to hospice patients in the U.S. to control the morphine drip, purely for the placebo effect. The units are preset no matter what anyone tries to tell you. So, you will feel comfortable coming in from the August sun but if you have any Northern European blood, sleeping in a 30C (86F) room is a challenge (see above regarding traffic). They should consider ceiling fans. You will find good food and gelato if you walk to Faiano about a mile up the road. There is also a restaurant and bar in the hotel.

  The service was terrible !! The hotel was ok.. We had stayed in b&b the previous 2 days so looking forward to relaxing in a hotel for the night, but it wasn't much cleaner. Then we went out for tea in couples only to come back for the receptionist to say that our room door was still open (no one from the hotel thought to close a door that was clearly faulty as the handle had earlier falling off) our hearts sank and we ran to the room as all of our money clothes and passports were in there. Nothing had happened luckily. Next morning we went down for breakfast only to find a bus full of people seated and told to come back in half an hour!! So we went and packed,came back down and there was nothing left!! No tables set, no juice,fruit, nothing .. We asked for some coffees whilst we waited and got a terrible look of the male waiter, he completely got the order wrong too, then we waited a further 20 mins hearing clanking in the kitchen expecting food only to see the waiter taken some up for room service! We left angrily and went to check out, only to see the waiter eating and drinking a coffee in the corridor! Very rude and no apologies

  Good Service

  We stayed here for one night and my friend forgot his pillow in his room. So when we realized it we immediately called the reception of the hotel to kindly ask them, if they could search for it. And indeed, they found it and we could pick it up four days later on the way back to Naples. The room was nice, a bit unpractical (too many furnitures), and the bed was quite cosy. For a road-trip a good choice to spend the night there.

  Spacious rooms, good services!

  Spent 1 night in this confortable hotel. Room was very spacious, having not only large double bad, but also sofa and desk with a chair. Furniture in good shape, TV set of decent size, WiFi (free) working fine. Bathroom also nice and spacious. Breakfast was consistent (eggs, ham, cheese, coffee, etc.). Personnel nice and helpful. We had dinner at hotel's restaurant, not many choices but excellent cooked and served. Other restaurants and supermarket at walking distance. Recommended.
