  Small Rooms, Far from Downtown, Friendly Staff

  Location: located in Ecoland. It is a bit far from Downtown. Near the Bus Terminal. Restaurants are in Quimpo Boulevard which is just around 3 to 4 minutes walk. There is Balik Bukid (Organic Resto), Etings Native Foods, Marina Tuna among others. Check In: fast, friendly and efficient. The Girl who handled the Check In was very nice and always smiling. The night before i informed them that i would not be able to Check In instead would check in, in the morning. They girl who answered my call said that she would check me in. We were able to check in and avail the free breakfast. Room: Quite small but clean, cool and comfy. It had 2 single beds. A dining table for 2, a picture tube TV Set with Cable. Cabinets for clothes. Vacuum flask in room looked like it had never been cleaned ever. There were cups and saucers but no Coffee/tea. Bathroom: hot and cold shower. Toilet has no bidet but there is a dipper. 2 sachets shampoo and 2 soap given. No dental kit. Lacks an exhaust. Breakfast: Plated. Average tasting. Did not like the rice as it was too wet. The fruits though were delicious. Wifi: Terrible. It was so weak that there was no Internet. Ended up using my Mobile Data. Check Out: fast, friendly and efficient. The Hotel by its name, Business Hotel probably caters more to businessmen instead of tourists. The hotel is not for seniors or pwds as there is no elevator. Its location is too far from downtown but they have clean and cool rooms plus their staff are efficient and friendly

  Never come back there!

  My mistake: booked wrong dates, one day too early. Frontdesk lady didn't have any consideration, empathy or whatever. Even a call from my booking agent didn't work: they just hung up the phone. Nice way to make money by no-show.

  A good night before going back home

  The Office booked me in Casa Leticia after a gruesome conference in Davao City. It feels homey and clean. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The room is fresh looking yet having a rustic feeling. I would readily recommend this hotel.

  Nice Hotel

  I booked this hotel (Inn) for my Filipina partner, flew in to Davao one afternoon to connect with a bus next morning, this hotel proved to be perfectly located for the bus terminal, my partner describes it as a nice hotel and she/we shall be perfectly happy to stay here again, for the room rate we paid it was excellent value for money.

  Just OK

  Front desk and guard were right on the ball. Room was small, a/c worked great, wifi was pathetic. On and off. Water pressure in shower was not good but did have hot water. Breakfast was great, American or Filipino
