  Excelente ubicación, servicio y atención

  Llegamos a Riva del Garda sin reservas y encontramos los datos de este hotel en la oficina de información turística. Nos recibió Thomas en la recepción y fue muy amable. Es una especie de apart hotel, el departamento incluye cocina, una espaciosa habitación con camas muy cómodas, una pequeña mesa y un sillón. Sin encanto alguno pero ideal para pasar una o dos noches. Muy limpio. La tarifa no incluye desayuno, pero ofrecen uno a 7 euros que fue excelente, muy rico y completo, servido en un lindo comedor. Incluye cochera para el auto y prestan bicicletas para recorrer Riva del Garda. La ubicación es genial: aunque algo alejada del centro histórico, está justo frente al lago. El complejo cuenta con un restaurante que trabaja hasta tarde y sirve unas deliciosas pizzas, entre otras opciones. Siendo huésped del Centro Vela hay un descuento en pizzas. Todos muy amables y serviciales. Excelente conexión wi-fi. Muy linda experiencia.

  Muy buen alojamiento

  Nos alojamos con mi señora por 3 dias en este establecimiento. Son departamentos comodos, modernos y sencillos. Nosotros tomamos uno con vista al lagoy balcon y fue maravilloso. La zona es muy buena y tranquila, algo alejada del centgro historico ( unas 15 cuadras ) pero no te das cuenta de ello. Tiene estacionamiento descubierto dentro del establecimiento. y un Bar-Resto interesante frente a los complejos. Riva es muy bello.

  Lovely team and stay

  The view from the residence is breathtaking. The spot is great for sailing, hiking, biking and windsurfing. We experienced a lovely stay at the residence, the staff is super helpful, involved and has a very high customer service level. We had car troubles and they helped us on a daily basis, were flexible when we had to extend our stay, all in a family like matter. The apartments are very clean and offer you all you need and more ;). Moreover, we recommend you to book via their own website, giving you access to free parking for example and discounts (including in restaurant next to the residence). We hope to come back again.   Sehr großes Apartment, sehr reichliches Frühstücksbüffet, sehr freundliches Personal! Komme gern wieder! Very large flat, very rich breakfast buffet, very friendly staff! Come again with pleasure! :-)

  Would stay here again!

  We stayed for 3 nights at the Residence Centro Vela and we liked our stay! + Check in was efficient and personnel behind the counter was friendly and forthcoming! We were assured that, in the event of something not working or we would have any questions, we could always contact the reception desk. + The apartment was spacious, clean, and quite modern furbished + There is a on-site store, restaurant and breakfast option, if you choose not to be making full use of your apartment + Location is nice : close to the harbour and close enough to restaurants in the area (although this does require a 10-15 minutes walk, which honestly is not a big deal given the nice views on the lake + There is parking available within the premises (or cheap parking outside!) + Although it took some time to get hot, after a cold(er) day outside it was possible to have a nice hot shower without any water pressure issues + Free wifi that is quick enough + There are window blinds in the whole apartment, making it possible to enjoy a full night sleep without too much light coming in + Shampoo and shower gel was provided for (as well as towels) + There were basic cleaning materials (like sponges, dish soap, and so on) already in the apartment There are no real striking downsides, Of course, there are always some points that can be taken into account, e.g. - The television is very small - The ambiance in the apartment is not really "cosy", i.e. the space, colours and furniture does not warmly invite you to sit down with the whole family for a long(er) period of time - There is no oven and microwave in the kitchen (although 4 pits for cooking, which is fine as well) I am not sure whether there is AC. Would in any case stay here again!
