  Very warm welcome

  I stayed for one night in July 2016 at the time of the Maratona dles Dolomites bike race. I was received with a very warm welcome; the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. I had to leave very early in the morning and a packed breakfast had already been prepared for me before I even asked. I had all that I needed and more!

  Excellent staff, large and comfortable rooms

  We had a fabulous ski weekend. Excellent breakfast. The staff are super friendly and kind. The rooms are great and the sauna is amazing after a full day on the slopes. Will be back for sure! Most of the rooms have a balcony. Hotel is located not directly on main road, 20 meters, so its quiet and peaceful. <10 min walking from the center of town which didnt bother us at all. Theres a bus stop right at the end of the path.

  Terrible Customer Service

  We paid 440 EUR for a freezing family room. When we arrived the heating was on but not working. Someone was sent to fix it and he promised it would soon start working but it didnt. We tried to contact reception various times but no one was there. The next morning we talked to the hotel owner and she said we made this up so we could pay less. It was very offensive and Chalet Corso is not worth a visit!

  Nice place to stay

  We stayed at Chalet Corso for 2 nights and were very happy with our stay. The staff are very friendly and we got an upgrade when we arrived. The location is great for hiking and the hotel also has a small but cozy spa.

  Comfortable, cosy & very clean

  We had the most relaxed and pleasant stay at Chalete Corso. Zachary and Ioana welcomed us and made is feel like home. They were always so professional, kind and they made everything to make us feel like in 5* hotel. Hotel is very clean, peaceful and at a good position. Ski bus is stopping just 50m away and the city center is 10min of leasure walk. Their wellness is intimate and pleasant, above all neat and clean. Rooms are comfortable and beds are great. Breakfast was rich and had great offer of home made and organic ingrediens. But above all what makes this venue exceptional is people who work there - Ioana, Zachary and Rosa. Cant write enough of compliments they deserve!
