  Beautiful Swiss Chalet style hotel

  The hotel has such a breathtaking view of the alps! I visited with my family and we had a very enjoyable stay there. The rooms are comfortable. The lady at the restaurant was very courteous and took good care of us.

  DEVOTED STAFF AND 4 STAR STAY

  one the most comfortable stays in a mountain resort. variety of Indian dishes also available along with masala tea. spacious and comfortable rooms . total value for money. the breathtaking and scenic beauty of alps. the staff is devoted towards the guests.

  Rude front desk staff

  We stayed at The Cambrian but were looking for options to eat elsewhere and therefore walked into this hotel for indian food as it was suggested in another review but the person at the front desk was extremely rude and unwelcoming and they didnt have any Indian food in the first place. I will definitely recommend The Cambrian instead. As the first impression is most important to me the lobby seemed really suffocating to me as well.

  Beau-Site is no more the gem it used to be

  We've been going to the Beau-Site since for more than 10 years, and are disappointed about the changes that came with the new owners who took over a year and half ago. The breakfast was much downgraded compared to the recent past, rooms are not properly maintained and cleaned anymore, and the hotel was virtually deserted during the week we stayed in end-January - just two or three other families having dinner with us on several of our seven nights there. The service in the restaurant, which used to be excellent, now varies from great to bad, as they seem to be using some assisting kitchen staff members as waiters/waitresses who clearly have very little idea if what a waiter/waitress is supposed to do and how. The garden sauna is supposedly heated up at request, but on some nights we were told the staff available did not know how to switch it on. In the past the hotel was always rather full during the same weeks, and other hotels in Adelboden still are, but not the Beau-Site anymore, and for a good reason. As much as I loved the hotel as it was until 2017, I now must rather recommend to book instead for example the Bristol, the Steinmattli, or the Adler.

  Good place to stay at interlaken

  Stayed with family booked 2 rooms , very spacious and all facilities. The breakfast is good. There is halal option in break fast . Compared to rooms in Zurich the rooms are spacious and big . All facilities in the room, quick check in and check out. Room had locker . We booked back side rooms with mountain view. Front rooms have Jungfrau mountain view but expensive. About 800 meters from train station and one can walk easily good directions and sign boards.Tap water is clean and drinkable . Coffee and cake available through out the day.Clean rooms, will consider staying again here . Booked canyoning and paragliding from hotel reception
