  Cosy and nice stay

  Chason feels like boutique hotel, and I would say service apartment more than a hotel. It is located in a nice neighbourhood and is short drive to nearby mall. If you know where you want to go in Jeju and drive around, this place is good. I definitely like it more compared to the other hotel I checked in at the later part of the holiday. Would come back again if I visit Jeju again.

  Totally no smile at all

  The good stuff...cozy, free parking, well equipped with in-room washer (no detergent), sound proof rooms, good location with many nice dining options if you walk around the area. The bad stuff...totally no smile from the Front Desk staff, no peephole and double lock on room doors, eating your own food is prohibited in the lounge area, option to chill out at the Rooftop highlited as an attraction of the hotel is just....a walled bare rooftop.

  Comfortable but yet convenient

  Stayed at the hotel 1st week of May 2019. Hotel is really new, clean and well located although it is not in Seogwipo City Centre. There are plenty of buses for the city. Really liked that there is a washing machine for me to do my daily laundry. Do request for clothes dryer from the reception. Remember to bring detergent! They did provide me with 1 use of detergent but prefer my own. Free 2 bottles of water bottle provided daily and there is a drinking water filter at the ground floor. Free instant coffee + tea bags provided in the room (Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf brand). Really liked the huge space next to the bathroom sink for my makeup/skincare. Love the shower gel/shampoo/conditioner! Smells lovely of lavender. Shouldn't have brought my own. I'd stay again when I visit Jeju again!

  Welcoming boutique hotel with friendly staffs

  Stayed for 5 nites in their beautiful mandarin spa room with a mini kitchenette equipped with washing machine n a microwave. The staff will provide an English translation of the washing modes, a paper thin like detergent and a tiny hanging rack when u ask for it. The room is always kept spic n span everyday! Loved the simple assorted croissant and pastry with coffee that comes with the room. Location is convenient only if u drive. Easy to get local food ard vicinity. There a big supermarket (Emart) abt 15 mins down the street next to a stadium. Take another 30 mins from Emart it will lead u right to the sea where many quaint restaurants can be found. Staff struggles with their spoken English but always remain smiley and really friendly. Will definitely stay with them again. Pls remember me ya!

  Affordable and clean

  I really enjoyed my stay at the Chason Hotel. The place was super clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't need room service everyday but they were so sweet and left extra towels and soaps for us by the door. The parking lot situation isn't great but I would still highly recommend staying here!
