  un lugar impresionante

  El hotel es bonito y muy tranquilo, Jean Pierre nos atendió muy bien fué muy cordial y muy amable. El jardin es maravilloso ideal para el dolce far niente y los desayunos, ¡que ricos! con croisans de verdad, un pan buenisimo en fin todo. Si quieres visitar la región de la CHampagne este hotel es una muy buena opción

  Lovely family suite

  We had an amazing stay in the Champagne suite - family of 4. Great stop off for a night or two before heading home or onto your holiday. Food was fabulous!! And so were the matched Champagnes to the meal. Lovely array of pastries for breakfast. Well worth a visit plus champagne tastings very close by. Merci!

  Restaurant where class and refinement meet.

  We stayed there as a couple, for a holiday drink, we could see an extraordinary refinement and elegance with a very familiar welcome. The dishes we tasted could demonstrate the mastery of the kitchen, respecting the quality and very fresh and regional products. The Ballotin de caille poché and the selle d'agneau dèsosse and the Babà ou rhum have left us enthusiastic. The impeccable service has taken care of us from the beginning. The beautiful nature that surrounds the country hotel completes a wonderful picture. Structure that I highly recommend to those who want to live a gastronomic dream.

  Pretty but poor service

  Stayed here with my partner and another couple during a visit to the Champagne region. Was very excited for this stay as pictures were beautiful and reviews good. However, welcome was very luke warm when we arrived (restaurant closed, not any information shared, and we actually got locked out of the house at one point!). It also turns out they gave us the wrong room. Breakfast was good enough, but no warning that this was a paid extra, so we were surprised at the final bill. Same for a glass of champagne which was offered in the garden with no price discussed, until the charge came later! So, overall, pretty location but probably would not recommend on account of service. And the final bill may come as a surprise!

  Elegant hotel and tasteful restaurant

  We spend a family weekend in the hotel and ate twice at the restaurant. The hotel is elegant without being shiny, comfortable beds, spacious and quiet rooms, furnished with tasteful antiques. The pool is not huge, but very pleasant, and it is possible to swim even when the weather is not great. The garden is lovely, and it is possible to go for walks along the Marne river. The food at the restaurant was definitely an excellent surprise... Nothing extraordinarily inventive or surprising, but some excellent cusine... There was a 38 euro menu that was worth every single cent of it. The meat and sauces were fabulous. (and as we slept in the Chateau, we can confirm that the Chef starts preparing everything from the morning). I had read some comments of people worried about the very recent change of ownership... I don't know how it was before... but it is now excellent ! we will come back
