  Avanti Suite -- Better than an Airbnb

  Our suite had a great kitchen, shower, and bed--plenty of space for a long weekend with just the two of us. The price was much better than Airbnbs for that area, and we had access to a pool, hot tub, free breakfast, and free happy hour. Given that we were by far the youngest folks there (we're 36 and 42), the place was quiet and relaxing. (As much as I see the appeal of the Ace Hotel, it's a veeery different environment. This was much better for a pregnant lady like myself looking for a calm weekend away!) Highly recommend.

  Enjoyed our stay.

  It is a smoll hotel with alot of ambience. Jim checked-in often to see if everything was good. Jim also offered suggestions on where to eat and things to do. 5 minutes from downtown and I would stay there again.

  Avanti Hotel - Wonderful Boutique Hotel

  We are so happy we discovered this little gem! Comfy beds and well equipped rooms make you feel like youre home! Jim is a gracious host who is quick to respond to requests and is happy to share the best of Palm Springs to ensure a great visit! Will definitely stay here again!

  Loved it!

  Fabulous little boutique hotel. Our room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Relaxing breakfast by the pool and excellent happy hour - the best margheritas I had in America. Jim was very helpful. We're already planning to go back next year!

  Distanced night away

  We just stayed a night at the Avanti for a much needed change of scenery. It felt very safe. The proprietor wore a mask, temperature screened us, and let us know how other measures were being taken for safety (hand sanitizer available, chairs spread out, only 1/2 capacity booked). Our rooms were clean, as was the pool and patio area. It was a quiet, relaxed vibe, and just what we needed. Highly recommended.
