  Stunning views.

  Nikki (the owner) makes you feel very welcome and nothing is to much trouble.Our room was clean, tidy and adequate for what we needed. The views are stunning. Breakfast was a sauage/ bacon & egg bap, fruit, yogurt and a juice. Which is delivered to your door because of Covid-19. Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

  Little gem

  Stayed here with our granddaughter who was thrilled to be staying in converted stables! Welcomed by Nikki ( the owner) who goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. When booking the room, she offered and found us a table for an evening meal in a local pub ( very difficult with the Eat out scheme). The room was spacious and spotless. Extra precautions with the covid were evident and we were reassured by this. Breakfast was delivered to our room which was very good and piping hot. All in all, an excellent base for a few days away as close to many attractions and wonderful walking areas.

  Short break

  This place is a lovely get away we have been coming for 2 years now. We love this place so clean spacious & very comfortable. Nicky & Darren are so welcoming nothing is to much trouble. So tranquil my happy place. The breakfast is wonderful delivered to your door. Nicky even got us booked in at the local pub for a meal. Waking up to the beautiful Yorkshire countryside couldn't ask for more. We have booked to come back in a months time & we can't wait .

  Weekend break

  What a fantastic little gem of a place,stayed in the newly renovated barn with stunning views across the hillside. Position in a perfect place with 2 min driving distance from otley and nearby pubs . On the doorstep is the chevin pub which is a ideal late night drink and then a stagger home.!! The host nicky is totally " ACE" and helpful in every way in making you settle in. Definitely will be staying again. This place is a must

  2 night stay

  What an epic place this is. Working on the airport so had a few choices, but we chose here. So glad we did. If its this good during lockdown, cant wait to come back when restrictions are lifted! Nicky, your breakfast rolls are amazing, and your lasagne aint bad either!! We will return.
