  Excelente Resort

  Es un excelente hotel para ir en familia. El lugar es inmejorable, en una de las calles más céntrica, llegas caminando a los puntos mas importantes. Puedes usar el trolebús CARTA que es gratis y sirve para transportarte a sonde quieras o como recorrido turístico. Excelente atención, limpieza, detalles súper cuidados. Definitivamente iría de nuevo.

  Exceptional service in a great location

  This hotel is in the heart of downtown Charleston. You could stay here for a week and not have to drive to find something different to do if you wanted to. The hotel itself was very nice, our room was a townhouse style suite with the bedroom upstairs and a kitchen and living room downstairs. Great for a family. The staff was exceptionally nice every step of the way, giving recommendations on places to go and things to see. We'll be sure to stay here again.

  Great location, great townhouse layout

  A few things that you need to be aware of: -If you have a room that faces the city market, you will have a nice balcony, but also, you might hear the dumpster trucks in the early morning that clean the street. Rooms facing the courtyard might be quieter. -There are no clocks in the bedroom nor in the living room area. - In the bedroom, the air vents blow air right on the bed, so if that bothers you, take note. - The WiFi password needs to be entered many times when you turn on the laptop, tablet or phone to surf the internet.......this is one of the most annoying things....other places allow 24 hours or the duration of your stay for log on using the given password.

  Wonderful experience!

  The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were great! Loved having a separate sitting area and the decor was so beautiful! We have been to Charleston many times and this is the best place! We will be back!

  Great Property & Great Location

  This hotel was a wonderful surprise. It was even nicer than we envisioned from the reviews. Jared checked us in and could not have been more helpful or more friendly. We had a king room and it was situated on two levels. Floor one had a kitchenette which had everything you could need should you want to cook. Also, had a living area and a powder room. The upstairs had the bedroom with a very comfortable king bed and a full bathroom. Plenty of hot water in the bath and the shower was good. There was also a balcony but no furniture so you couldn't really use it. With COVID, your room is not serviced. However, when we left our used towels in the hall, we left a note with items we needed -- it never took more than 5 minutes to receive what we requested. Actually, Rosie was a delight -- very friendly and very good -- exceeded expectations and provided everything. The location of the hotel could not be better. It is right next to the market, very close to many restaurants and great shopping. We would definitely stay again on our return to Charleston. Highly recommend.
