  We stayed here for 2 weeks at beginning of October. Had a fab stay. Rooms cleaned every day by lovely cleaners. Other staff in hotel were friendly and made you feel welcome. Manager had time to talk to people. Food was good. All areas were clean and well maintained. Very good location. Will definitely be staying again next year. Highly recommend this hotel.

  Impressive

  Im absolutely appalled by some of these reviews, I stayed here with my female friend and had the most wonderful time ever. The staff were absolutely fantastic and went out of their way not just to us but to every guest that was staying. Ive witnessed how some of the guest talk to and treat the staff and Im absolutely appalled to be English !!! Every member of staff went out of their way and above there job description to ensure we were able to enjoy our stay fully in a safe environment. The only time we felt unsafe was when some of the British guests arrived back to the hotel extremely intoxicated, verbally and physically abusive towards the staff, who dealt with the situation in a professional manor and also went out of their way to reassure us everything was ok. We will be returning next season cant wait to see you all

  NOT TOO BAD

  Staff are very friendly and get on with you well but on arrival on the hotel we were checking in and the first thing the receponist asked was if we wanted a bigger room at extra cost. Our tv didnt work neither did the 2 phones but we didnt come on holliday to watch it. The pool was always cold as its in the shade most of the day. The food wasnt the best when i was there it was the same thing everyday which was rice, pasta, chicken nuggets and chips at the end of the holliday we got sick of it and stopped going and went to another reastraunt. Upon checkout we had to leave the hotel at 12 in the afternoon when our flight home wasnt untill 11 at night so we had nothing to do. Our averall experience was not bad we enjoyed our stay and got on with most people. The hotel was kept very clean and the cleaners would come in and clean the room up to an exelent condition.

  Great value all inclusive hotel

  Just spent two weeks all inclusive at this hotel and it was clean and comfortable, the food was ok but it was almost the same thing every day however, the salad was always fresh. The hotel was ideally situated on the main road with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and only a few minutes walk to the Mediterranean Sea and the beach bars. The staff were all very friendly and very professional, even in the way they dealt with three extremely drunk residents who were very abusive towards the staff, and it makes me ashamed to say they were English.

  The staff was great

  first of all ,everything was very perfect and they have a very helpful team,Mr adnan and ms dilara at the reception, would like to thnk ilyas in the restaurant department.the rooms were nice and large Ill come again
