  Pretty Good

  The location was good. I expected more from the pool area. It was pretty plain, with no slides, etc. room was nice. It smelled weird at first. Overall it was good. I would stay again. Check-in was easy, was there for a baseball tourney so it was spacious.

  Don't go to the presentation!

  I went to it wanting to hear about the different things they had to offer, but the man was so pushy and he would not stop talking. He talked down to me making statements like ""you are crazy if you don't take this offer." "I can't believe you wouldn't grab this offer." and the last statement caused a nervous break down right there is the middle of everyone talking, he said, " I can't believe a Christian would act like this just then I broke and I cried and yelled for a long time, I ask them to call 911 to get me help but they refused. someone needs to do something about this and he stated that he works for RCI now because Wyndham is owns RCI now. Well I have never been done so bad in all my life and have been a member of RCI for over 30 years and I am now thinking about canceling RCI. I am not sure what to do. I hope the resort and RCI reaches out to help me?

  Great mountain trip

  We enjoyed the waterpark, but would love to come back with grandchildren. Great shopping nearby as well and numerous restaurants. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trials also! One day we did a driving trip over to Cades Cove and Townsend.

  Loving the MOUNTAINS!!!

  I have been coming here for the last six years. This resort never disappoints. I love that the whole area of Gatlinburg does not have a mandatory mask requirement!!!! The resort is clean. I stayed in a two bedroom and the rooms were large and well kept.

  Great location and fun

  My family and I stayed in a two bedroom deluxe suite for a week- working during the day (school and jobs) and playing at night. The resort is very nice our suite was spacious and clean, the resort staff were very kind, the internet speed was excellent in the suite, and the common play areas (indoor water park and arcade area) had hand sanitizing stations around and some wipes to sterilize the arcade games. I never saw a staff member not wearing a mask, and most guests also seemed to respect the mask mandate. The only reasons I am giving four stars are because some of the arcade and stay pass activities were not open/working during the week and I did not observe any mask enforcement for the small percentage of guests not wearing masks. Would definitely recommend this resort for a nice, mostly COVID-restriction compliant getaway that has tons of fun to offer right on the property.
