  Very large room - not very good location

  Hotel has pretty large rooms (1 living room+ 1 large bed room+ kitchen + bath room ) Rooms very well furnished and clean Some rooms like 505 has a bit of noise from large AC unit from the mall below Generally hotel is good - staff were friendly and late checkout at 6 was granted without problems Parking is available in the huge mall parking below - however be careful to stick the hotel logo on the car(get it from reception) otherwise your call will be fined for staying overnight which happened with me first day and had to get prove of being a hotel guest to remove the fine. Location is the only bad part here ...its about 20 minutes from city center with traffic - not good level restaurants around - however mall below the hotel is good has a big department store and huge supermarket

  It is one of the finest hotel in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia.Its cozy and excellent room service along with different continental arabic Turkish Chinese and indian foods etc.Feeling of celestial place.Best value of money.One can enjoy the entertainment like snooker also and many more.

  Close to the main market.

  Being a business traveller frequenting from Dubai, with many of my customers located in Batha, staying at Corp makes it easy for being accessible to my clients along with being able to get back to hotel which is quite a well maintained property with huge rooms and extremely well kept services. Happens to be my best choice in Riyadh.

  Terrible experience

  The impression of the hotel is terrible! I was a part of Riyadhseason event, and was staying in hotel more than 2 months. Manager Mohamed, not professional! I have been to many countries of the world, but this is the first time I have met an attitude like this at a hotel! One of the biggest problems: 1. mid-night calls from the reception 2. towels only one at a time (although this is a 5 * hotel!) 3. the unwillingness of management to solve problems, and the desire to exacerbate the situation 4. There were thefts in hotels and an attempt to hack into a bag - it will take several days to get the management to check the cameras and this is only a small part of the problems that are present there Food was good/ waiters also good-hight level! This message Is to the owner of the hotel, clean up and properly train the staff that there should be professionals, not amateurs. this review is only to make you better.

  I dont recommend

  Location of the hotel is very bad. The district is dirty and looks dangerous especially for ladies. I would not recommend to take a walk around the area any time of the day. Its not longer city center but yes its close to some historical places. Hotel is 5* in fact max 3* . Hotel is very old all equipment is old and dusty. Room is huge its probably the only one advantage. Stuff is not trained not helpful. But not all . F&B and SPA stuff is ok. Gym is poor. Breakfast layout is Asia oriented if you are European you can get upset with breakfast. Laundry service is bad. If you give them clothes with spots you get it same back. Housekeeping services also not great. Clean towels its a big holiday. They are always short of something what ever you ask them. I needed extra blanket because I felt cold , they gave me ,after without letting me know they took it from my room when asked them what happened. They said its a supervisor order to take it because they are short of it. Managers instead of taking to a guests to find out about our needs or how to meet our expectations never wanted to be available for us or to hear from us. So if you come to Riyadh for vacation or business I recommend to choose another hotel to avoid disappointing.
