  Muy por debajo del estándar

  Hotel mas viejo! Se quedo en los años 70's. Sucio, antihigiénico, muy caro para el servicio que dan. Creo esta mejor el motel Súper 8 y mas barato! Puertas oxidadas, muebles viejos y rayados. Por fuera pinta ser un hotel bueno. No se dejen engañar.

  Hotel con buen precio.

  El precio es accesible conforme a la ubicación y si tú viaje es rápido a la ciudad el hotel es cómodo aunque es viejo y le falta mantenimiento, la alberca es sucia. La primera habitación que me entregaron estaba sucia del baño y después me la cambiaron por una mejor. El personal me otorgó una disculpa pero definitivamente es una mala impresión. Sin embargo como lo mencioné antes es cómodo y económico.

  Beach trip

  Good food, Great prices. Woke at 1:30am. Had roaches crawling on us. Went to front desk next morning and the lady acted like I was gonna ask for the moon and told me Id have to wait to move. So we decided to get showers and we could not take one after the first shower because the drain was completely clogged with chipped paint where they had painted the bath tub. Then we grabbed the ice bucket and there in it was a used feminine product. We finally got moved and Andrew gave me some points to cover a free nights stay elsewhere because we did not book thru them but thru Priceline instead. Well, 7,000 points doesnt even get you a discount. He was very nice though and apologetic. We rented 2 rooms for 2 nights and thats what happened in room 1 of 2. In room 2 of 2, we get in there, turn on the A/C and head to the beach. Upon returning, we find that the A/C did not work. They moved us. So, we ended up in four rooms in 2 nights. What an adventure. Andrew was very nice and Henry from the restaurant was amazing and very lively while remaining professional. We love Henry!

  I've seen cleaner hotels in central america

  Roaches, Mildew, No options but bug spray and deodorizer, but hey its Chorpus right? Never again. The hotel staff were nice enough, but there is no excuse to be shutdown in a quarantine for as long as we were, and they do no cleaning... I mean real cleaning, you can't spray away mildew guys. The building smells like its gone through a hurricane... maybe it has

  Poor Condition and Management

  The hotel is dirty and in disperair. The main public area was nice and well kept but that is where it ended. Management informed us there would be a reception at night so we left the beach early only to get back to the hotel to find out there was no reception. We have stayed here three times and this has happened twice. There won't be a third because we won't stay here again. Also, AC was very loud and kept us up at night. Refrigerator temperature was eradic and destroyed much of our food. Management has been unresponsive.
