De los mejores Hoteles donde alojarse si vas a Roma
Es uno de los mejores Hoteles de Roma. Muy bien situado, la atención es muy buena. Cualquier problema que tienen te lo resuelven con una sonrisa. Sus trabajadores son cualificados y amables. Y a pesar de lo que se pueda pensar al estar en un lugar tan centrico, No, no se escucha nada, está totalmente insonorizado. Te aconsejan dónde almorzar y que ver. Sin duda es uno de los mejores sitios dónde alojarse si vas por Roma. ¡Pienso volver a Roma y, sin duda, me volveré a alojar aquí!

Buena localizacion
Este hotel tiene buena localización en general, a un corto paseo de varias atracciones turisticas. Tiene servicio de desayuno con varios platos para elegir y buena variedad Las habitaciones estan bien de espacio aunque según que habitación te quedes podrá ser inferior en espacio que las otras. En general buena estancia Hotel recomendable

Muy bien ubicado
Muy cerca de puntos de interés. Ideal para turistear a pie. Buena atención. Está habilitado en un edificio muy viejo, lleno de desniveles, que puede ser difícil para ciertas personas. En nuestro cuarto, colocaron dos colchones individuales sobre lo que parecía una base matrimonial por lo que ambos colchones sobresalían para cada lado: Pasé cada noche pensando en que me iba a caer de la cama.

Mejorable el cuarto de baño
Hemos pasado unos días estupendo en Roma, el hotel está muy bien situado. El personal es súper simpático y atento, los desayunos muy completos y las personas que lo atienden muy simpáticas, hay unas vistas increíbles desde el desayuno. La habitación se podría mejorar en cuanto a decoración y el cuarto de baño es minimo, muy incomodo , habría que mejorarlo mucho, al menos nuestra habitación.

Excelente
Fuimos dos parejas de amigos .Es un hotel muy céntrico. Está remodelado. Las habitaciones muy buenas y muy limpias y los productos de aseo de muy buena calidad .El gel de ducha y el jabón de manos excelentes.Estuvimos 5 noches y cambiaron las toallas varias veces. El personal muy educado y amables. Los desayunos no están incluidos y tienen un precio de 9 euros por persona pero son en la terraza con vistas insuperables y la calidad muy buena. Sin dudarlo puedo asegurar que siempre me alojaré allí cuando vaya a Roma

Forget it!
This place is smaller than being on a cruise ship! It is almost laughable. The bathroom is also the size of a cruise ship. We waited forever for the shower to heat; after a while we gave. We met people that said it takes 20 minutes to get hot water. The sign says that 7:00 AM is the best time for breakfast; ay the time the line was huge for the two small dining rooms. Also, it is very expensive. Good location, nice people.

good hotel, book ZTL access early!
Very convenient location for many of the must-see attractions. Room was nice, breakfast and staff were great. Plan ahead for ZTL! If you want to drive into the ZTL to drop off luggage at the hotel, arrange early! They can only authorize two guests per day, one before 2pm and one after 2pm, and if someone else has already reserved the slot, youll be out of luck. I definitely feel like this could have been made clearer on the website or in confirmation emails, or we wouldnt have waited till 2 days before to try to arrange.

Perfect for us!
After returning home and reflecting on our trip, I will say that the Cosmopolita was perfect for us. Still, it may not be for all Americans looking for the standard American Hilton accommodations. First, I think its important to note that The Cosmopolita is part of Hiltons Tapestry Collection. Tapestry locations are uniquely designed and feel more like boutique, small independent hotels. This specific hotel was converted from a historic palace. The rooms are small but well-appointed and spotless. Some stars will need to be taken to reach all rooms, and the one lift is small and slow, but we never minded this; after all, its a European hotel and part of the experience. The location is in the heart of the city, and we could visit many attractions within a 10-20 minute walk. The women at the front desk were truly the epitome of kindness and hospitality. We are Hilton Gold members, and breakfast was included with our room. The breakfast room staff were very attentive and kept our coffee cups filled. We started our mornings early, and we never experienced waiting for a table. We ate between 7 and 8 a.m. each day. There were signs in the elevator that mentioned there might be crowds later in the morning. If we ever revisit Rome, I would gladly return to The Cosmopolita!

Best Hotel Staff & Best Location!
Our family of 4 just left Rome and we spent a few nights here. The rooms are lovely and clean w AC, not huge, but who comes to Rome to stay in a hotel room? The breakfast on the fifth floor garden is lovely and a great way to start the day. The location is wonderful, we walked everywhere from this location. All of the welcome desk personnel are fantastic, and the managers we dealt with were fabulous as well. Need to do a special call out to Massimiliano Pezone Operations Manager and his staff. The evening front desk dept. Kim and Lorenzo really helped us in a bind even after we checked out and needed some support. Cassetti, Federica, and Fatima were also so helpful during our stay! Best staff ever!!! Cant wait to come back again!

Great Location
As part of the Hilton chain this hotel didn't disappoint. Staff were very helpful and welcoming and the room was very neat and spacious and was cleaned early each day so was ready for us after going out to explore each morning so we could come back and relax for a few hours during the heat of the day. The location was excellent and only a 10 minute walk from Trevi Fountain plus very central to all the other attractions and many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was simple but tasty and adequate with staff very friendly. The hotel easily arranged our airport transfer for us as well.
