  Excellent service

  Great service! Clean & organized rooms. Front desk is attentive & they tend to request quickly. Have been staying there for a few weeks & their service is always great. Will keep staying at this hotel.

  Very friendly staff

  Stayed there 9 days for work. The rooms were as I expected, but the staff was extremely friendly. They were nice enough to give me their last roll of quarters for my laundry. There was one day when they forgot to clean the room, but I wouldn't mind staying here again.

  They are extremely nice caring people

  this is a family owned and run hotel and the hospitality they give is unreal i have stayed in many hotels i dont remeber ever getting hospitality like they give i think the actually care about each and every guest that stays there

  Excellent choice

  Thank you Mr Kerit Patel for ur excellent staff here in Cotulla, I will be staying here again.... I highly recommend anyone that wants a private , quite and very clean rooms to select ur Hotel in cotulla .... felt very welcomed and I may say very professional staff! Be blessed!

  Emergency One Night Stay

  The facility was extremely clean! Ms. Patel (the morning manager) was very hospitable. Room was comfortable, especially the bed. I needed a hotel due to an all day power outage in town. Glad I decided to stay here. I will stay here again if I need a local hotel.
