  Mobiliario muy viejo

  En general todo el mobiliario de las habitaciones es muy viejo y da aspecto sucio y descuidado tanto de la estancia como de los pasillos tambien. El personal de hotel es muy amable y la atencion es buena, en general todo es bueno hasta ingresar a los pasillos y ver el mobiliario de las habitaciones

  Buen Hotel

  Me Gusto mucho los cuartos son cómodos, limpios y modernos. El desayuno es muy bueno y completo. La ubicación es muy buena y la atención del personal también. Si tengo otra oportunidad de regresar a Boone llegaría a este mismo hotel.

  Indoor Pool closed, Sunday breakfast only biscuits & gravy as hot option, rooms oversold and folks that had reservations not getting rooms. Beds were acceptable, heat in room hard to control, set room temp lower at night but AC would than kick-in.

  Outstanding

  Outstanding service,clean room,and very nice and helpful front desk clerks. I can't say enough about this hotel. They've made my stay more enjoyable. They recommended restaurants, and their favorite places to go also. They even gave me a room with a mountain view, after I requested it upon check in.

  Great hotel and great value

  My husband and I spent the holiday weekend in Boone for a quick get away. We had a king room with a jacuzzi tub. To our delight, the jacuzzi tub was heart shaped and a perfect fit for two. The bed was comfortable. The room itself has updated and contemporary decor and was very nice, and included a large (for a hotel room) fridge and a microwave. The shower had an adjustable spray showerhead. The hair dryer provided in the room did not work, but this was not a problem. The hotel itself was clean, and although needing some maintenance touch ups in some places, was in very good condition. The indoor pool was small but was clean and there was a nice porch next to it with rocking chairs to sit in and view the mountains. Breakfast was not the best, but did offer eggs, biscuits, sausage, various cereals and pastries and oatmeal, so were able to find something to eat. The coffee was good and there were free cookies in the lobby. I was very happy with the room rate and thought it was a great price for the quality of the hotel. We will definitely make this our first choice to stay when we return to Boone.
