  Cómodo y agradable

  En este viaje tome el hotel de apuro ya que tuvo inconvenientes con mi alojamiento anterior sorprendentemente descubrí que es Un hotel ideal para conocer la ciudad de San José con fácil acceso y salidas a cualquier parte del centro lo recomiendo como limpio y el personal muy agradable, amables y al mismo tiempo dispuesto a ayudar.

  Very disappointed

  My #1 one complaint for this stay is that the policies at this hotel did not align with the covid19 polices Radisson said we're being followed in all their hotels (according to their website). I took time to research to find a hotel that would feel safe and accommodating for the high risk members of my family. When I check in no one was wearing maks except for my family. Despite what the website said, not even the man at the front desk was wearing his. None of the protocols that I had expected and that I booked for were in place. In fact, the entire place felt very dirty. Hallway floors clearly not vacuumed, elevator and counters clearly not wiped down. I could visibly see the filth. Very unsettling in normal circumstances and even more so now. Next are little gripes that added to my already disturbing visit. I can normally brush off a few inconveniences, but eventually things add up. We booked a double room, stated the number of people staying it the room and we only recieved two towels. I feel like four is the standard for double rooms. The beds only had three pillows on them. So... Two people get two and two people only get one? Odd. The shower had no plastic liner. I didn't want the dirty cloth curtain touching me while I showered so I had to leave it open. Which of course got water all over the floor. Very inconvenient. A grab and go breakfast was said to be included. The only beverage they had was water. The breakfast was a sack with random snacks. I have NEVER complained about a hotel breakfast. They are what they are, but this was so dumb. Regular hotel muffins and pastries, yogurts, juice, milk, etc could easily be added as grab and go options. Oh, I'll just buy food from the hotel market. Nope. Completely empty. I ended up leaving the night before checkout, thus cutting my trip short, because I simply didn't want to be in this hotel any longer. The Fairfield Inn and Suites are usually my go to for hotels. I passed it up to save a few bucks and this stay reminded me why I shouldn't do that. I would give this stay 1 star, but the only other hotel I've ever given a rating that low to had bedbugs. So even though this one was gross, it didn't have bedbugs so it keeps an additional star lol. I would not recommend and I won't be back.

  Very, very bad place to stay

  Manager: I want to express my disappointment during my stay. First, the room was not very well clean, thank God I brought cleaning products. The advertising on the web mention offering breakfast, no true, coffee, and I never saw the bags for cold items. Restaurants are open to offering hot meals. COVID is not an excuse. On top of that, the lobby had a tree with no ornaments or lights. I understand that we are facing very challenging times but does not hurt to add some sparkle to ease people frustration. All these experiences were the main reason to check out earlier. During my check out on Dec 26 at 5:30 am, no one was at the reception. They were outside smoking. Then the lady approached me she told me that everything was already taking care of. How? She did not ask me the room number. So, I walked toward her and ask her, are you support to give me a paper with the checkout information? The action is open to a lot of assumptions. Negative assumptions. If you continue offering this kind of services I don't think you will able to keep business open.

  Do not stay here

  We have stayed in County Inn & Suites before with no issue. This location is terrible. Appears it may have been a Days Inn before as photo in our room had Days Inn on the bottom. Check in attendant was nice and helpful. Check out attendant had no mask even though signs indicated masks are to be worn at all times. Lobby had been recently renovated and appeared rooms on the first floor were under renovation. Room we were in was terrible. Red stains on the carpet, broken and filthy lamp, burn holes in the sheets, mold on the ceiling. Hallway carpets were filthy. Park ping lot full of trash. If it wasnt late we never would have stayed here. Breakfast was a bag of snacks - no coffee available.

  Sweet staff - dirty room

  All surrounding hotels were closed it was 1 am and they were the only hotel I could find with a room. It was 1am We have small kids so we went. It was pretty gross. The floor was dirty the beds were wrinkled, at one point the water didnt work it was just a less than desirable hotel cleanliness wise. Room was old and rundown marks all over the walls and stains on the floor. Hair everywhere . Staff was incredibly kind. They are undergoing some massive renovations- maybe in a few months this place will be great but not right now
