  Omg the beds are amazing so comfy very clean great prices great location for walking to all the different places around. Staff is amazing super friendly we have stayed there severAl times it's a definite stay. I would give them 50 stars if I could

  Short vacation

  Great location. Clean rooms and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Parking at the hotel allows you access to downtown gatlinburg without paying for parking. We will definitely stay here again.

  Never again

  My family booked this hotel for a getaway in Gatlinburg. Ill keep it short and sweet- loudest hotel Ive ever stayed at in my entire life. You heard EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING if you know what I mean. The hotel room was dirty, dingy, dark, and smelled terribly of air freshener to mask the mold. The hotel parking lot outside the balcony was extremely loud. The walls are absolutely paper thin. We had a 7 hour drive home and still we were contemplating leaving in the middle of the night. This hotel was not family oriented, not clean, and definitely not worth HALF of what we paid for it. Would not recommend to families, or anyone who wants a relaxing getaway for that matter. As someone who always reads reviews before I book something, do yourself a favor and skip this place.

  Great location, Clean, and Excellent staff

  The gentleman working front desk, Ackeem, was incredible. He handled a very busy check-in, was personable and professional, and took very good care of me and my family. My company credit card I used to hold the reservation somehow didn't work correctly so our reservation was cancelled. The hotel was completely booked all weekend but Ackeem found a last minute cancellation and gave us a suite at no extra charge. This is an example of excellent customer service! Thus the five stars. Our room was large and very comfortable. The beds were great and bathroom was clean and updated. There is no breakfast at all thanks to covid, but there is apple, orange, and cranberry juice available 24 hours a day. The pool area is located downstairs and was a welcome spot to relax and swim with my daughters. The pool area was clean and spacious, and the water was warm and clean. This hotel is located very close to the main strip so it's an easy walk to restaurants, stores, and everything Gatlinburg has to offer. The parking lot had ample spaces to park in and felt safe. This hotel may very well be our favorite pick for future soccer tournaments.

  Last minute trip

  It was a last minute plan to stay in Gatlinburg for one night before we left for home. My husband found this hotel and decided to stay here. Was very impressed with the rm and how clean it was. The lady at the front desk was very nice and I did ask one of the nice gentlemen for directions to the pool and he was very nice. I would stay here again on our next trip.
