  Lejos y sin Alberca

  El hotel es como 2 estrellas.. La luz se va 3 veces por día al menos.. No tienen taxis ..tardan 30-45min! La zona es peligrosa junto a una carretera ruidosa y no tienen ni tienda! la alberca está en reparación .. el gym son 3 caminadoras y un set de pesas!

  Let's be clear this property is way beyond cities and villages, it's very Far. Let's chuck the distance as it depends on the customer. Talking about the property is completely a smoke free, but the room I got was filled with smoke, though that got changed. Power issues till I stayed,they had almost 8-10 times of power cut and everytime it took 5 minutes to give power backup. So the 5 minutes time period was completely blank and Black. You don't expect such idiocy with such a reputed Brand. I checked in around 12 am so my stay was only for about 12 hours, to that I clearly had mentioned while checking in that I will check out around 1PM an hour more after the standard check out timings and they'd happily agreed, but to their grace the staff called thrice for the checkout till 1PM. I also had ordered food which was tasteless and the TV in the room even was not able to play the basic DD channels, the rest better channels were out of its reach. Even WiFi was not working at night. So overall I'd say either this property doesn't belong to Radisson or they don't put efforts at all to maintain the brand value. This property and people related to it are severely damaging the wholesome name of Radisson.

  Half decent hotel in the wrong place.

  Got scammed into booking this hotel via Booking.Com. It is over an hour from the airport on an industrial estate absolutely of no use to the tourist. To avoid the sky high prices you have to leave the hotel get a taxi use Google to find an affordable eating establishment. They charged me over £600 for 7 nights which is a total rip off when my internet booking was only £38 via the booking site. On my return home I will try and get a refund on the difference. All in all if you are a tourist I would avoid this hotel, if you are a businessman use it and reclaim your costs on expenses as this is what this establishment is aimed at.

  over all experience was good, we had good time at property. staff is courteous management good could have added more varity tp breakfast like crod=ssiant and pastries it should be bit more spicy over all good experience

  Amazing service with amazing view

  Amazing service, Mr Akash Vohra (front office executive)has been very helpful, he made our visit very comfortable. The location is beautiful Amazing view and food ,if you are planning a day's stay near Gurgaon this is the best place.
