  Nice place

  Good location. Great price. Staff friendly. Bed comfortable. Quiet location. Room was nice. Gave sack breakfast but they put more within than other motels where we got a sack breakfast. Happy with our choice.

  Grateful For the Help Mona Gave Me. This Hotel Deserves More Than 5 Stars

  I can't say thank you enough to Mona who works at the Country Inn & Suites. I accidentally left my very expensive and very important medicine in the room refrigerator. Later that day I called the hotel and Mona said she would be willing to ship the medicine to me in Atlanta. The medicine had be packed in ice and the syringes were very fragile. Mona took care of everything and I received my medicine the very next day. I know Mona knew the drugs were expensive, but I am sure she didn't know what would happen to me if I didn't get my prescription drugs on time. The prescription drugs are a lifesaver! Again, I am so grateful for her service and I will definitely at the Country Inn & Suites again some day. Thank you Mona and staff!

  You can't put lipstick on a pig

  Hotel is very old an run downth e property just looks old and very used. The first room we were given had a smoke smell. The young man at the desk as very helpful and got us a new room. There was no coffee available when we checked in and was told no breakfast would be served in the morning. The room was old with lots of wear showing, It did seem to be clean. Not what I expected from a Radisson property. Very disappointed, will not be staying on my return trip.

  No mask enforcement

  I had a death in the family and needed to stay here along the way. I wish I'd done more research on COVID policies for Nebraska and for Radisson. Not a single employee was wearing a mask, including cleaning staff. I find this despicable, regardless of Nebraska's official policy. Radisson is playing with staff and guests' lives by not requiring wearing masks. Who cares what Nebraska is doing? Radisson can take a leadership role, like Walmart and Costco, and insist on masks at all times in indoor public spaces. Yes, I could have tried a different hotel, and didn't. I blame myself for that obviously. It's moot for this review.

  Wow! Above and Beyond customer service!!

  Wow! So upon arrival we had a few hiccups. However the manager Mona and the front desk Clerk, Michelle were amazing.(Sorry if I misspelled your name Michelle.) This is by far the best customer service I have ever had. Not once did I receive attitude, I had complete respect and understanding from them both the entire time. Words dont come close to expressing how amazing their customer support was or appreciative I am of their patience. These ladys work their butts off. Mona is the new manager and is taking great strides to improve every aspect possible at this location. Thank you ladies both and if Im ever in the area I will defiantly be back, not another hotel Id rather stay at. Either way you will be hearing from me Mona!
